Sheet Metal Fabrication

We are extremely proud of our sheet metal fabrication services. As a market leader in this field we have built a strong reputation for the quality of the products and services we provide. Examples of our services include 3D CAD Capabilities, CNC Laser Profiling, CNC Bending including Robotic, MIG and TIG Welding, Spot Welding, Automated Inserting, Finishing, Powder Coating, Specialised Paint Finishes for Oil and Gas Industry, Screen Printing, and Shot Blasting. Our expert team is on hand to provide technical and design advice at all stages. We work to short lead times and work with RoHS and WEEE compliances where necessary.

Paint-shop

We provide customers with a complete range of services to create various finishes, colours and textures on a range of materials such as steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, zintec, galvanised steel, plastics, SMC, and phenolic materials. We can work with small components to those up to three metres in length. Our services include electrostatic powder coating, wet paint stove enamelling, wet paint air-drying systems, wet paint two pack systems, shot-blasting, and colour matching services for paint and powder to match customers specifications. Using our considerable experience, technical expertise and a range of state-of-the-art design and manufacturing equipment, we are able to offer a fast turnaround and a cost-effective prototyping service. When you are happy with the final design, we’ll go about producing the necessary drawings for you to approve. Once approved, we immediately get started on the production of your design.

Paint, Powder Coating, Screen Printing & Specialised Finishes

Jarrobs are able to offer a range of painting, powder coating, screen printing and finishing services. This includes: 

• Wet Painting and Powder Coating – Finishes include smooth, matt, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss, gloss, leatherette, suede, spatter, hammer and many more.
• Screen Printing – Conducted in-house, working to customer artwork or drawing requirements.
• Masking – Ideal for situations where there is a need for areas of the work to remain free of paint.
• Degreasing – Jarrobs uses an aqueous degreasing technique with a phosphate pre-treatment process to reduce environmental impact.
• Shot Blasting – We use alloy oxide or chilled iron, depending on customer specifications.
• Zinc Plating
