Indigenous offers a wide range of natural tile and bespoke bathroom products, which are individually sourced by its founder, Joss Thomas, from around the world. Inspired by one particular handmade terracotta being crafted on a mountainside in Andalusia, and a growing passion for natural products, Joss set up Indigenous in 1998. From small beginnings, its range now includes terracotta, slate and stone tiles in a wealth of textures and tones, as well as stone baths and hand basins and Enigma glass tiles. Throughout the collections, a strong emphasis remains on the natural and handmade, from china black slate to warm, honey toned terracotta baked in the Mediterranean sun.
