Ideal Forms Ltd supplies an extensive range of business documents, paper and card solutions. Our company specialises in a large variety of plain and printed paper, envelopes, brochures, folders and leaflets. We also supply posters, A4 shelf-edge labels, sheet and on-roll labels and A4 laser cheques. We can supply integral and integrated laminated membership cards to your specifications and artwork, as well as A4 plain stock membership cards, which is the ideal solutions for smaller memberships.

Integral Membership

Our integral membership cards are the ideal solution for small and medium memberships. Our membership cards come in gloss and matt laminates and are pre-laminated on A4, A3 and A5 sheets. These membership cards come ready to peel from the sheets and offer a superb print quality. We can offer a variety of card base material weights and the cards are printed using spot or process colours on both sides. We can offer our integral card solutions in any size or shape and these cards can be used for a number of applications including admission cards, season tickets, visitors’ cards, loyalty cards, union cards and access cards, to name just a few.

Plastic Cards

Our plastic PVC cards come in a range of shapes and sizes with thicknesses from 420 microns to 760 microns; 760 micron is the ISO standard thickness for all credit cards. Our cards can come with a matt or gloss finish and you can stipulate card additions such as proximity chip, magstripe, signature panel strips, adhesive backing, barcodes, holes and slots, scratch off panels and embossed credit card type text. We can supply our plastic cards to you as singles for your own personalisation using a card printer or we can attach, personalise and mail the cards to your intended recipients.

Stock Cards

We offer competitive pricing across our range of products and we offer excellent deals on our high quality plain cards held in stock. These cards are available on a three day delivery service and include integral gloss laminated cards and attached dry peel polyester cards ready for laser printing. Our pricing plan for our stock cards includes one box of 250 plain integral cards (1 card per A4 sheet) at £65 per box, plus VAT. We can supply two boxes of dry peel polyester cards at 250 cards per box (270 micron cards) for £75 per box, plus VAT. Business Print

When it comes to your business print needs we can fulfil most if not all of your requirements. Our range of products is extensive and can include NCR sets, pads and books with additions such as barcodes, numbering, integral labels, special glues and holograms. We supply a range of register sets in a variety of sizes, fan folded in packs of 100 sets. We offer continuous stationery computer forms for all software packages as well as A4 laser stationery and continuous data mailers. We can also supply pressure seal mailers, accounting and payroll stationery, and A4 plain integral labels for your desktop laser or inkjet printer.

Corporate Print

At Ideal Forms we understand the importance of professionally printed corporate products when it comes to the image of your business. We have the capabilities to design, print and supply high quality corporate brochures, folders, leaflets and catalogues to your specifications. We will work with you to produce a product that is aesthetically pleasing and finished to a very high standard. Print runs can be as low as 100 for digitally printed products to millions, if web printed. We offer personalisation to your specifications and will consult with you throughout the entire process. Initial and on-going consultations are free of charge and payments are for origination and printing only.

Envelopes

We supply a range of plain envelopes with over 1,000 different stock envelopes ready for next day delivery. We can also supply high quality litho printed envelopes available in up to four colours. Our printed envelopes come in a range of styles including square, coloured envelopes, translucent, pearlescent, metallic, high grade, custom and bubble lined for additional protection. Our range of envelopes is extensive and you can order a copy of our envelope data book through our website. We offer very competitive pricing across our range of envelopes and can supply excellent discounts for larger envelope runs such as those available on our overprinted envelopes.

Labels

Ideal Forms can fulfil your self-adhesive label needs and we can supply labels on rolls, sheets, loose and crack-back. We can personalise labels to specific requirements using a variety of printing processes to ensure the most cost effective and correct printing methods for our customers. Turnaround times on personalised labels are within seven working days for delivery anywhere in the UK. Labels can be made to any size thanks to our variety of cutting machines and we offer label additions such as barcodes, security labels, and numbering and holograms, to name just a few. We also have an extensive range of simple, plain labels in stock and ready for delivery.

Shelf Edge Labels

When it comes to A4 shelf edge labels we have nearly all types in stock including plain A4 perforated forms suitable for use with all software and printers. We also supply peg flap labels, barkers and swing tickets to suit all applications with standard laser weights from 80gsm to 160gsm. All of our A4 shelf edge label sheets feature easy tear micro perforations as standard and can be either plain or printed in up to six colours.
