System Design

PLC, HMI and SCADA Programming

To complement our first class systems, we offer on-site service and support. This may involve modifying or re-programming PLC’s or programming PLC’s designed into HEMCO’s own systems. We also provide support for various HMI’s and PC based SCADA packages. Variable and Fixed Speed Drive Systems.

Our years of experience in the industry enable us to provide first class solutions and advice for the application and design of variable and fixed speed drive systems. We take into careful consideration problems with motor energy management in order to reduce energy and maintenance costs. We use state of the art equipment, including PC’s, PLC’s, operator controls and HMI’s to create efficient and reliable systems with accurate diagnostics. We can also provide solutions for smaller, single drive applications, servo drives and complicated multi drive equipment.

System Manufacture

Our fantastic state of the art manufacturing unit enables us to design, assemble and create a wide range of equipment. We can create anything from small control boxes/ enclosures and operator control stations through to large multi-bay floor standing panels including motor control centres and distribution panels. We also use in-house facilities to engrave nameplates and mimic fascias and panels. HEMCO is also able to manufacture enclosures for use in hazardous areas and can obtain all the necessary certification for such applications.

Testing, Installation & Commissioning

Here at HEMCO we have an excellent team of skilled installation and commissioning engineers to ensure complete system operation. After a great deal of time is spent on the design and planning  stages, it is essential for stringent testing, installation and commissioning processes to take place in order to achieve top quality results.
