Head Mounted Sensors

Within Helium Projects’ temperature section, you will be able to find our wide range of head mounted sensors. We have models to suit a wide range of purposes including general purpose sensors, high accuracy sensors and high temperature furnace sensors. With a variety of options for each model such as mineral insulated thermocouples as opposed to fabricated thermocouples; and high temperature resistance instead of standard temperature resistance; we will have the model for you.

Probe Style Sensors

Helium Projects stocks a huge variety of probe style temperature sensors with a vast range of customisable options which allow our customers to create the perfect probe to suit their requirements. For example, the Model PR03/PR04 which is a 4.5 millimetre diameter probe with a spring-loaded bayonet fitting assembly and a choice of bayonet cap sizes, allows you to choose either the PR03, a high temperature mineral insulated thermocouple version or the PR04, a standard temperature resistance thermometer and fabricated thermocouple version. We have many diameters to choose from across the range as well as high and standard temperature resistance options. We have probes available for a wide number of purposes including dry air sterilizer/environment chamber probes, dairy/pasteurisation probes, submersible probes as well as a large number of general purpose probes for all manner of applications.

Specials & Application Specific Sensors

At Helium Projects, we stock a large range of specials and application specific temperature sensors. The range includes bead weld sensors, flexi-couple sensors, leaf thermocouple sensors, melt bolt sensors, magnet sensors, pipe clip sensors and washer style sensors among many others. Instrumentation

Helium Projects also carries a wide selection of instrumentation to assist you with your sensing and probing applications. From indicators and controllers to dataloggers and calibrators, our range will have the equipment to suit. Our HI-140 datalogger is capable of logging data at user-specified time intervals from as little as one minute to as much as twenty-four hours apart. With high and low temperature alarms, every reading is logged with the date and time and can be displayed as either a table or a graph for ease of analysis. We can provide you with a range of transmitters including FlexTop Iso universial transmitters and PRetop 2-wire programmable transmitters.
