Themes & Props

At our warehouse between Coventry and Birmingham we have thousands of amazing props for a variety of events and occasions - and we’re always adding more. Customers can hire individual items or choose from a number of themed sets. These include medieval, pirate, country & western, James Bond, beach, winter wonderland, American and British themes. If you’re looking for a specific theme that we do not have, please get in touch - we’re always happy to build a bespoke package with individually selected props. 

Theme Props

Heart of England has a huge range of props available for individual hire or as part of a standard or bespoke theme. We have all sorts of weird and wonderful objects for you to choose from, including Greek statues, urns and balustrades, UFOs, life-size pirate figures, inflatable snowmen, fishing boats, artificial cacti, king and queen throne chairs, Victorian lamp posts and much, much more. Many of our props are listed on our website with hire prices and other information.

Event Management

Heart of England Promotions has been managing events on behalf of clients up and down the UK for more than 25 years. We use this experience and expertise to ensure your event is easy to organise but hard to forget. Having our own range of AV equipment, themed props and activities means we’re able to organise virtually every aspect of the event. We can even arrange the entertainment: choose from fire eaters, jugglers, stilt walkers, aerial artists, casino tables, tropical islanders and all sorts of themed characters. Conferences

One of the areas in which we have particular expertise is the planning and organisation of corporate conferences.
