Heald's Matador product is a surface-mounted and automated bollard system. Two fixed bollards are mounted on a plate. The shallow-mounted Raptor is Heald's new-concept anti-terrorist road blocking system. We built the Raptor to guard against the most severe kinds of vehicular threat. Heald's shallow-mounted Viper barrier is one of the products that make us an industry leader.
