Hand Held Screw & Nut Drivers

Our range of hand held screw and nut drivers include the HSP Handheld and the ESB and Kolver. Both devices benefit from ergonomic designs, allowing for easy and comfortable use. Spindles for Machines or Robots

Our range of spindles for machines or robots include, the SA03-10-30, ECO250S and the RSF20. The SA03 has been designed for use within rugged environments and features automatic feeding functionality and a compact design. The ECO250S is a screwdriving unit which can be used for high applications, up to 250mm. The RSF20 is a comprehensive screwdriving system which has been designed with safety and reliability in mind. Spindles for threaded inserts

The SBM20 setting unit has been designed to provide a blind rivet setting solution for robots utilising the automatic feed system.  Its speed of operation results in short cycle times for increased efficiencies assisted by the inclusion of a quick-change system for the tractive mandrel.  Designed with the operator in mind, this unit allows operators to monitor both force and distance data via a control panel.

Insertion

GPD Automation & Services Ltd is pleased to offer a range of insertion technologies which includes everything from handheld system, such as the HSS, to fully automatic units. The HSS system has been designed for the insertion of fasteners such as push nuts, panel clips, plugs and caps and is an excellent choice for applications that require a simple, controlled assembly solution. We also offer insertion solutions for pneumatic, hydraulic and electric motor operations, whether they be single or multi stage, and are able to offer solutions that include force/distance monitoring and control.

Process Control

We offer two models of process control units: the C30S and the C50S. Both benefit from the high quality, reliability and considered design that you would expect from a Weber system. The C30S offers a digital interface for simple control of its 15 pre-programmed procedures and provides ongoing evaluation and documentation during the process as well as providing the ability to archive data. The C50S features an intuitive touch screen control panel for easy visualisation and simple operation and includes 31 different programmes and as many as 25 screw driving steps allowing the most complex of processes to be completed.
