Gear Pump Distributors (GPD) UK Ltd supplies the UK, European and Middle East markets with a quality range of gear pump parts and complete pump units licensed by its parent company, Gear Pump Manufacturing (GPM) of South Africa. The company was set up in 2000 so that customers could benefit from shorter lead times and lower prices that come as a result of reduced shipping costs.

As a subsidiary of GPM, one of the world’s foremost manufacturing plants and foundries, we are able to supply a comprehensive range of pumping products. With an extensive inventory of stocked products, GPD can supply parts overnight and complete units within 24 hours.

Our production and repair facilities are both accredited to ISO 9000-2000, giving our customers complete confidence when it comes to quality, performance and reliability. That’s why thousands of customers throughout the world rely on GPD and GPM for their pump parts and pump repairs.

We’re able to build and repair bearing and bushing gear pumps, motors and flow dividers - all of these are tested on our digital test bench before leaving our facility. We can also offer service exchange units to allow quick turnaround for breakdowns on the most popular units.

We can also identify the types of cast iron and aluminium gear pumps (for example, Parker Hamworthy, Uchida, David Brown, Ultra, Cassapa, Salami and Tyrone) which can be replaced with GPD models.
