Furnitubes International is a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of municipal street furniture. We offer an extensive range of products manufactured from quality materials and designed to withstand some of the toughest environmental conditions. Our furniture, which includes bollards, bins, seating, cycle shelters, planters, tree guards and many other items, is distributed throughout the UK and to public and private sector organisations right across the globe. 

Established in 1946, Furnitubes has more than 65 years of experience supplying street furniture to schools, local authorities and other public institutions (as well as various commercial enterprises). We started life as a small, family business using traditional methods of production and meticulously finishing everything by hand. Today we are an international company with customers throughout the world. 

Despite this, Furnitubes remains committed to providing first class products and a fast, friendly and reliable service for all customers, no matter how large or small. All of our production processes are subject to an ISO-accredited quality management system, while all administration processes are managed with the latest Information Technologies to ensure efficient ordering and effective customer communications.

Bollards

Furnitubes is the UK’s leading supplier of bollards. We have a huge range of bollard types and styles for you to choose from, in many different materials, colours and finishes. Stainless Steel Products

Stainless steel is the perfect material for street furniture. It is generally much tougher and more resistant to vandals than mild steel, plus it offers the significant benefit of being highly resistant to corrosion. This is due to the presence of a chromium-rich oxide film on the surface. Stainless steel products from Furnitubes are generally made from grades 304 or 316. The first of these is sufficient for most general applications – the second has a higher content of chromium in its composition, providing a greater level of corrosion resistance and making it ideal for the manufacture of items that may be exposed to salt-spray.

Tree Protection & Planters

Our range of tree protection products are designed to protect young trees by preventing access to vulnerable roots and trunks. They include:

  • Tree Grilles – designed to protect tree roots without preventing irrigation.
  • Tree Guards – designed to support the tree trunk.
