Unlike the majority of other mouldings on the market; that are manufactured thin and resin rich resulting in a weak and brittle product, their mouldings are hand produced to ensure a superior end product.  Ongoing dedication to improvement has resulted in an increased lifespan of all applications and the pigments retain their original colour for years.
 

They work from 4000sq foot premises, utilizing a 5-axis CNC milling machine and can manufacture patterns to a +/- 0.5 mm tolerance.  They have exceeded expectations for Clientele from a vast range of industries and can provide products made to an exact replica of any original drawing.

Sculptures

Let your imagination run wild and let us exceed your expectations to produce a sculpture of absolutely any size or difficulty.   Casting and by using latex and fibreglass moulds or polystrene covered in grp are some of the processes available to manufacture such quality sculptures.  Sculptures can be made in numerous finishes, textures, and colours, so many different exterior appearances can be produced in the mould.  For sculptures that require a metal look and feel; metal fillers are added to the gel coat resulting in a final piece that wows; but without the cost.
