Highly portable and easy to assemble, our pop-up exhibition display stands are perfect for sales conferences, seminars, promotional events and of course, exhibitions. Consisting of a lightweight yet sturdy frame that holds the graphic in place, they are extremely easy to set up and they can be packed away into a small case that’s easily carried and which takes up only a minimal amount of space in storage or transportation. Pop-up stands on their own can display graphics with a surface area of up to 2m x 3m, though two or more can easily be linked together to form a larger display area if required.
Exhibition Display Solutions offers three contemporary display concepts each offering a complete solution for exhibition and trade show environments. All three have an imposing silver anodised aluminium frame backwall with magnetically attached panels, a canopy made with steel tubing and stretch fabric, a frosted header and wings package, and two 200w floodlights. Our eco-friendly exhibition panels and banner stands are made with EverGreen fabrics which are completely free from PVC, phthalates, phosphate, formaldehyde and glycol-ether. They are also a lot greener in production, typically requiring 80% less energy than standard PVC banners. They do not create any VOCs, and they tend to decompose in around half the time of other plastics. EverGreen fabrics are also much lighter than other display materials, and therefore require less fuel for transportation.

Flags are a very effective method of displaying a message or attracting visitors to your exhibition stand. Our WindBlade systems can be used indoors or outdoors and are steady in virtually all conditions (this is because the flag is allowed to rotate freely in the base). They consist of three rigid aluminium and two fibreglass poles, giving the perfect combination of strength and flexibility. They are easy to transport and set up, and they come with a choice of bases for installation on various surfaces. The flags themselves may be curved or rectangular and can be branded with a logo or message of your choice.
By using 3D animation and modelling software, we’re able to turn preliminary concepts into photorealistic visualisations that allow you to see what your custom exhibition stand will look like once completed. Send us your designs or drawings and we’ll provide you with visuals in a format that is easy to understand. Once you’re happy with how it looks, the information can be sent over to our manufacturing facility in Maidenhead where the components of your stand will be fabricated.
