Separation Equipment

Eddy Current Separators

Here at Eriez, we are pleased to supply two main types of eddy current separators for the separation of non-ferrous metals.

• Eccentric RevX-E ECS – featuring an eccentrically mounted rotor for reliable and accurate separation.
• Concentric RevX ECS – for enhanced separation of non-ferrous metals.

These systems are widely used to separate metals such as aluminium, copper, brass, as well as non-metallic materials such as glass or stones. They feature powerful permanent magnets which produce repelling forces for separation.

Alongside our ECS systems, we have also developed an ECS module which features an OBM vibratory feeder, permanent magnetic drum and the RevX-E eddy current separator.

Vibratory Equipment

We are also pleased to offer a range of vibratory equipment which is used for a variety of purposes, including controlled feeding of dry bulk materials, separating solids from liquids, screening dry and wet products, conveying large tonnages of bulk materials, and for vibrating bins and hoppers. Metal Detection Equipment
