Lay Flat Tubing

We supply lay-flat tubing to suit a range of packing requirements such as for the packing of carpets, wood moulding or metal pipes. We supply lay flat tubing 250g and lay flat tubing 500g both of which are available in a range of sizes, gauges and colours to suit different customer requirements. Sheets and Discs

Direct Packaging manufactures high quality plain or printed sheets and discs in polyprop, polythene or cellophane materials.

• Sheets: our sheets are available in two standard sizes: 15inch x 20inch and 10inch x 15inch. They are available in a range of shapes to suit customer requirements and are widely used for wrapping items such as candles, food stuffs, soaps and cosmetics.
• Discs: we have the facilities to punch disc shapes in various materials to suit different customer requirements.

Here at Direct Packaging Ltd we are pleased to provide a bespoke service whereby we tailor services to meet specific customer requirements.

• Skin Packs: a cost effective method of packaging that helps minimise the cost of production – usually used in major DIY stores.
• Blister Packs: features a professional appearance, widely used in DIY stores and supermarkets where packaging can be hung or displayed.
• Shrink Packaging: items can be shrink wrapped to a minimum size of 750mm x 1200mm. Shrink wrap is widely used for the packaging of items such as books, DVD’s, CD’s, boxed games and more.
