Since 1983, Delta Pacific Valve Limited (DVP) has been a principal manufacturer of high quality valves. Our valves are available in several choices including cast and forged variations in carbon, stainless and alloy materials. We always carry an extensive stock and are able to fulfil and despatch orders in a quickly and within customer defined time lines.

Our valves represent the utmost degree of reliability and quality and we can assemble valves to either industry standard specifications or we can adapt them to meet a customer’s exact requirements. All of our work is completed in a fast turnaround time and to the highest standard, whilst still representing excellent value for money.

Our quality systems are meticulously maintained and comply with all major oil companies’ industry standards, as well as the ISO 9001:2008 standard.

The testing of our floating and trunnion mounted ball valves is witnessed and approved by an independent agency to ensure that is meets fire testing certification and adheres to both British and American standards. We can supply ball valves with ISO 5211 mounting pads either in line with customer requests or in order to provide a simple modification to most makes of actuator.

DVP are able to produce low emission valves that give a long lasting service to stem sealing and bonnet joint areas as well as ensuring that there is the minimum amount leakage. We are conscience of the fact that many of our customers are looking for ways to be more environmentally friendly and this range of gate, globe and check valves offers emission rates lower than 500ppm during operation. Our testing and evaluation criterion is founded on EPA method 21.

Our products are available to view online and our brochure is easily downloaded in PDF format. We also keep a range of manuals online that provide all the information you need to know about our valves and how to store, install, operate, maintain and disassemble our valves to guarantee that they always work to their maximum potential and last for the optimum amount of time.

In addition to our valves we also are able to perform other services such as painting, machining, testing and PMI testing.

We can be contacted via email or you can call our offices to speak to a member of our friendly teams to obtain a quote and discuss your requirements.

Forged Valves

DVP manufactures forged steel gate, globe and check valves in a variety of sizes from sizes 1/2" through to 2". Our pressure ratings vary from 800#, 1500# and 2500# for screwed and socket weld end valves and class 150# all the way to 2500# for integrally flanged and butt weld end valves. We can provide as bolted or welded bonnet types with either a full or reduced bore. All our valves come in a diverse array of metals from carbon and alloys to stainless steel as well as unusual steels like, Monel®, and Titanium. Additionally we can construct special designs such as cryogenic valves and pressure sealed bonnets.

Gate Valves

Our strong, sturdy gate valves are come in a range of hard wearing materials that can be selected depending on the application, with a choice of carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex. The valves themselves are available either with a raised face or ring jointed flange. They come in a range of sizes from 2” to 24” and we can provide larger sizes on request. The pressure rating is 150# through to 2500#.

Globe Valves

For regulating the flow in the pipeline our range of globe valves are the ideal pieces of equipment. With either a raised face or with ring joint type of flange, they are available in sizes from 2” to 24”, with additional sizes available to order. Perfect for throttling and frequent operation, the valves have pressure ratings of 150# through to 2500#.

Check Valves

We make three types of check valve which offer different benefits depending on the application. All our valves are manufactured to the highest standard and we offer swing check valves, wafer valves and water lug check valves both of which have a dual plate design. All our valves are available in carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex and come in a variety of sizes. Our swing check valves are designed to BS 1868/ASME B16.34/API 600, with our wafer and water lug valves being to API 594 specifications.

Ball Valves

The ideal choice for shutoff applications, our ball valves come in two types. The first are floating ball valves, that come with the option of a one piece with end entry or two pieces with bolted bodies. Our ball valves are designed to BS 5351/API 6D standards.

The second type is the trunnion mounted ball valve, in a two or three piece bolted construction, which is completely covered by our Fire Testing Program.

Both types of valves are fire safe and antistatic. They are available with either flat face, raised face of ring jointed flanges and can be made from carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex in a range of sizes.

Butterfly Valves

Our selection of butterfly valves come as wafer, wafer lugged, double flanged and are available in centric, eccentric and triple offset in both rubber lined and high performance designs. We manufacture our butterfly valves in high quality, durable materials which comprise of cast/ductile iron, carbon and stainless steels and specials alloys including Duplex, Inconel and aluminium bronze. The size ranges of these valves are 2? to 60?, with the option to order larger sizes and they have ratings of 150lb through to 2500lb. All of DVP’s butterfly valves comply with international standards.

Strainers

We can provide both Y and T type basket strainers; both options are cast in carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel. The strainers have a large screen to inlet ratio area that provides a low pressure drop. DVP fit all their strainers with a drain plug to ensure the thorough removal of all dirt. We can also supply forged strainers with screwed and socket weld ends made from most carbon and stainless steels and in a selection of pressure ratings.

Miscellaneous Valves

In addition to our standard range of valves, we also stock a wide choice of other valves which consists of choke valves, slab gates, thru conduit gate valves and plug valves. All of our valves meet the required international standard and are the perfect choice for a wide range of uses.

Testing

In addition to the rigorous testing we perform on our own valves, we also offer a full testing service. We can perform checks that comprise of hydrostatic testing, low pressure pneumatic, high pressure gas testing and low temperature testing. We have three test rigs available for small, medium and large testing. We can also test flanges and our pressure test rigs and test flanges are compatible with sizes from 1/2" to 42" and pressures of 150# through to API 10,000.

PMI Testing

A world leader in alloy analysis, the Niton XLT – XRF Analyser is a handheld tool that is a useful companion, whether testing is being carried out in the field or on our premises. Incredibly fast, taking only between 2 and 10 seconds to analyses alloys of all sizes, it is able to identify 22 elements. Versatile, it can be used on surfaces with extreme heat up to 543 degrees C. The data taken from the Niton XLT is easily uploaded onto computer and can then either be printed out as our standard certification or sent to the customer as an excel spreadsheet to be added in their own report. We are happy to be able to provide you with a quote for PMI testing/Alloy Verification either on site or in our shop.
