We build our all weather, compact and rugged loadbanks in the UK to high industrial standards. Our manufacturing processes are BS EN ISO 9001 - 2000 certified. We have the expertise and ability to design and develop bespoke testing solutions to meet any requirements in any location. We provide solutions for commissioning, system proving and maintenance in critical operations such as hospitals, ships, oil and gas platform turbines, aircraft ground power units, and data centres. We design and build AC, DC and MV loadbanks, neutral earth resistors, MV monitoring systems and containerised transformers.

We can provide permanent installations or short-term rentals. In all cases, the solution is carefully and expertly tailored to suit the customer's requirements. Sales

We manufacture a wide range of resistive and reactive loadbanks in standard frame sizes and at your specified voltage and frequency. We can also design and build loadbanks to any size and at any voltage and frequency you require.

We offer DC loadbanks ranging from 24V / 100A up to 440V / 450A with a variety of intermediate voltages and currents, including dual and multiple voltage on some units.

We manufacture transformers from 2.9MVA to 5.8MVA for stepping voltage up or down. These multi-tap transformers can operate at voltages from 600V to 15kV.

We also provide specialised loadbanks for testing aircraft ground power units. These come with instrumentation and standard ground connectors.

Rentals

As the world's leading loadbank manufacturer, we can provide a flexible and convenient loadbank rentals package tailored to your requirements. Our rental loadbanks range 10kW to 150 MVA. We also have rental solutions for DC, LV and MV testing as well as for transformers and specialised
loadbanks.

We complement our rentals services with a range of delivery and installation options as well as support services and accessories. We can supply qualified loadbank operators as required. Our standard installation service includes delivery, installation, un-installation and collection of loadbank packages, but we can also supply delivery and collection only for customers who prefer to carry out their own installation and operation.

Control and Monitoring Systems

Whatever type of loadbank you require, a control and monitoring system suited to its application is essential.

Our standard control systems include manual selector switches mounted on the loadbank. We also have the KCS pushbutton controller as well as a hand held terminal (HHT). Both of these allow loads to be stepped in 1kW/1kVA increments. An alternative to the HHT is the Eclipse PC system, which
provides enhanced load control and many other options. Our Nimbus MV monitor does real-time graph and data capture by direct connection to the MV switchboard or generator. The Nimbus MV monitor can be used in combination with the Eclipse system for the printing of full reports.
