We provide greater flexibility in our Terms, being the only UK Agency offering a solution with no up-front fees – clients only pay whilst the employment continues - eliminating the risks associated with using an agency and minimising the strain on departmental budgets and cash-flow. The cost of re-recruitment, should this be necessary, is also reduced since our guarantees continue up to 12 months.
