Sales

The Sales Menu feature   provides you with a complete facility that allows you to track, view and effectively manage all your customer quotations and orders.

As elsewhere in Enterprise, information entered or changed in any of the sales screens is immediately reflected throughout the entire system.  It allows you to produce professional quotations with images and drawings included, accept orders, view each of your customers buying histories, manage credit limits, generate accurate invoice documentation from actual despatches. 

You can even create customer specific price lists and discount structures.  Sales data is linked seamlessly to stock so you can be sure you're able to supply what you've actually sold.

CRM

Our CRM Menu provides you with a comprehensive multi-channel contact management solution that helps you to track, view and manage all your dealings with customers and suppliers - both existing and potential.

CRM is built into the system so you can track and manage customer service with ease and accuracy. Add to this the diary, calendar with appointment management, and you get all the basics you need to help you manage your time and opportunities more effectively.

Accounts

Our Accounts menu   provides you with all the tools you need to manage and master your company's finances.

Whatever size or type your business is, our flexible accounting and financial tools provide everything you need, namely the ability to accurately measure, manage, record and report on all your company's activities.

Whilst you get all the benefits of tight integration with other system areas (e.g. sales, stock, purchasing) tight security allows you to control every aspect of who has access to sensitive accounting data.

System setup is fast, and we can help you import the information you need from older or existing systems.

Purchasing

Our Purchasing Menu   handles the purchasing and requisitioning of the goods, materials and services that you acquire, allowing you to keep track of, and manage what your business buys.

You can use it together with all of the other Enterpise menus to create a full Supply Chain management solution. Full transparency ensures you retain full control of the buying process - and over who buys what in your business. Generate manual purchase orders or let the system do it for you - based on shortages, your own buying rules and min / max stock levels. Invoice validation compares invoices against the goods you actually receive so you only pay for what's arrived and at the prices you were quoted for / expect to pay.

Production

Our Production Control module   is designed to manage, track and log all production and operational activities.

Production orders can be added manually or automatically created from MRP, Sales Orders or Shortage/Re-order levels.

There is complete batch traceability with barcode scanning and full serial number recording.

Product Costing

The Product Costing system   provides you a detailed picture of your costs and their structure. Whether you need analysis for your auditors, to set product pricing, for re-charging within group, or to measure cost performance against contract price - CGram will give you the answers.

'What if' scenarios for changes in material costs, exchange rates, energy costs can be trialled so that you can give yourself warning of potential problems.

Integrated with Project Costing it forms part of the vital task of knowing how much profit you actually make, per customer.

Project Analysis

Our Project Analysis module provides you with the means to set up and analyse projects throughout their life cycle, in order to show their profitability.

Costs and income from the transactions entered throughout the system can be assigned to projects and also phases within the project. This can include the often hidden costs of meetings, travel and sundries giving you the whole picture.

Accurate project costing depends on accurate information obtained from the right source, at the right time in terms that users understand, with minimal effort.

Servicing

Our Servicing & Assets  focus allows you track and manage equipment, machines and buildings. Where Servicing work is carried out for customers, this will cover repair service billing, contracts and invoicing, and overall cost management. 

This makes it possible to get a complete picture of the true costs behind all of your business assets throughout their life-cycle - detailing usage, development, support and performance. 

Keep up to date records of assets and fixtures, including records of assets and their maintenance schedules, the site, specific location and ownership of each asset and fault codes, including those specific to any single asset or group of assets.

Stock

Stock Management   is a difficult and fundamental task for any company. Without good stock keeping, sales can be missed, something that cannot be ignored in the current economic climate Fully integrated into all other functions the CGram stock system gives a simple efficient stock system with full batch tracking, serial number control.

Sophisticated stock reservation and booking systems with 'use oldest first', advance allocation for expected stock, gives you a range of functions, from essential and basic stock management to kitting and stock supply forecasting.

Payroll

Our Payroll Menu  gives you access to a complete and easy to use Payroll Solution. It calculates and manages your Payroll, producing all the necessary reports and documentation (including P35 transmission) for the Inland Revenue (HMRC).

An analysis of each employee's pay and deductions is available to view on the system in the form of a P11. Different Pay Periods such as weekly, two weekly and monthly can all be handled with ease.    

Distribution

Distribution   is linked flawlessly from CRM, through sales and stock and on to invoicing and accounts. Changes in the sales screens are immediately reflected in Distribution so you are sure that you're able to supply what you've actually sold.

Simple pick management, with or without the use of barcodes, serial number recording and batch tracking through despatch puts you on the front foot in subsequent Warranty issues.

Fixed Assets

Our fixed assets system provides register and valuation of all Fixed Assets and is fully interfaced with the general ledger. The fixed asset system keeps a complete financial record of each asset, and where appropriate works in tandem with plant maintenance and servicing, in order to ensure they are kept in the best condition possible.

Engineering Changes

Our Engineering Change Control   system tracks all the information about a part as it changes over time and through versions. If you get a part returned from a customer that was built three years ago and has now failed, then you can answer the vital question "How did we make this then?". What was the current drawing, the bill of materials, routing, what version was it at? What was the Control plan? What was the FMEA and what Quality Plan and APQP were in effect and how can we be seeing what we are seeing?

Document Integration

Document integration   is a powerful underlying theme of CGram systems. It is possible to drag and drop documents, images, drawings, spreadsheets, etc. into your data as attachments. When another user views the data they simply click on the attachment and it pops up on their screen.

This helps to keep your documents systematically in the right place where people can easily find them, where they are immediately available and properly in context.

E-Commerce

eCommerce   means that external documentation can be automatically sent out by e-mail at the click of a button. Purchase orders can be sent to suppliers, sales invoices and statements can also be sent directly to customers, meaning that your documents arrive promptly, your printing costs are reduced and you save time and money on postage – this also adds to good levels of customer service and encourages repeat business in the process.

Multi Currency

CGram's flexible Multi-Currency provides you with a full toolkit for handling international business. With CGram multi-currency you can see where you are at any given moment as currencies fluctuate.
You can assign a trading currency to individual Customers and Suppliers and you can have multiple Foreign Currency bank accounts. Transactions can be re-valued to reflect latest exchange rates as required. Exchange rates can be updated as frequently as you like and the system will automatically calculate and post Currency Variances when transactions crystallise.
