Since 1986, Cambridge Circuit Company has been a dependable resource in the manufacture of PTH and Multi-Layer Printed Circuit Boards. Situated on the outskirts of Cambridge in a well equipped and modern 5,500 sq ft factory, we carry out all processes in house. By performing all work on site we are able to offer a flexible and responsive approach to our customer’s needs and we are supported in the production of large volume work by our off shore facilities.

Our team has over 300 years combined experience between them and utilise the very latest technology. We check all elements of your data design before production using the Full “Front-End” CAM facilities and photo-plotting, so we can make you aware of any potential problems, before we start the manufacturing process. 

Our customer base includes big names brands such as Toshiba and Philips, but we work with clients of all sizes and our highly skilled team are able to offer the most comprehensive advice available and provide online quotations.

All our PCB manufacturing processes are undertaken in house and we provide an extensive selection of specialist finishes and colours. We have an off shore facility that is able to provide a cost effective service for large volume orders and is backed by local support. We are also able to custom make orders for clients and we are always happy to discuss jobs that require special materials or finishes. We offer a fast and efficient delivery service that is available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Additionally we have obtained an ISO 9001 certified management system and are proud of our quality and service that we provide our customers.

Made on environmentally friendly manufacturing sites from the finest raw materials, our PCB’s consistently perform well and are produced in an economical and responsive  and way. We only use top of the range equipment to manufacturer our products. We have a full photoplotting and photography facility where we are able to undertake step and repeat work. Our drill shop is equipped with both single and doubles CNC Routers, as well as equipment from leading companies like Wessel and Lenz. We also have facilities available where we can provide photomechanical, multi-layering, plating and screen printing services. Furthermore we have a full inspection/laboratory where we thoroughly test boards.

We are able to offer a variety of specifications in a variety of sizes; we work to a preferred size and have a minimum size we can start from on many of our standard applications. However should you have more unusual requests then we are on hand to discuss any specific requirements or assist with manufacturing queries that you might have and offer advice where necessary.

We can offer a comprehensive selection of surface finishes that include; copper, solder levelling (lead free), immersion silver, electroless gold on nickel, immersion tin and gold 2.5 microns minimum. We can offer photo-imageable solder masks in a spectrum of colours; green, blue, black, red, white and yellow, as well as silk screen legend in the same shades. Should you require any colours or finishes that are not on our standard list or help with the PCB layout or with multi-layering, then we are always pleased to offer advice and undertake special orders.
