We manufacture and supply high quality seal pots, condensate pots, air headers, instrument valves and fittings for general process applications and instrumentation. We have facilities and resources for manufacturing in most materials including carbon and stainless steels and nickel alloys. We specialise in designing, developing and manufacturing electrical bulk material and instrumentation packages for petrochemical, oil, gas, power and desalination projects around the world, with more than 17 years of industry experience. Our staff are highly experienced and fully current and conversant with the latest industry requirements and specifications.
We manufacture and supply our products in accordance with QA procedures that are approved to BS EN ISO 9001. We have strong supplier links, enabling us to manufacture and source material to exotic or bespoke specifications as well as standard requirements.
We offer high integrity instrumentation valves in most materials including brass, carbon and 316 stainless steel, Monel 400 and Hastalloy. All valves are suitable for working pressures up to 20,000 PSI. Compression ends as well as male and female BSPP, BSPT, NPT, Butt Weld and Socket Weld are available as standard.
Needle valves for basic flow control and shut-off functions can be supplied with a wide selection of options and connections, including anti-tamper, locking and panel mounting.
Inlets for gauge valves that facilitate gauge calibration and positioning can be connected via socket or butt weld as well as screw connection, with the option of extending lagging for up to 100 mm of pipe insulation.
Our instrument manifolds are available in the same choices of materials, working pressures and ends as our instrumentation valves.
We have valve manifolds with 2, 3 or 5 valves. Designed to reduce potential leak paths as well as installation expenses, the 3 and 5 valve manifolds feature equalise, isolate and vent functions all in one compact unit. They can be supplied for direct instrument mounting or for remote pipework mounting.
We also offer double block and bleed (DBB) valves as an alternative option to conventional
multi-valve assemblies. These compact units reduce costs, potential leakage paths and weight.

Compression fitting sizes range from 1/16" to 2" OD Tube, 4 mm to 54 mm OD, and 1/8" to 2" NB. Working pressures to 10,000 PSI and specifications to DIN 2535, GIS Standard, JIS, ANSI and ASME are available.

We can also supply tube bundles in all these materials, as well as with electrical or steam tracing.
We can provide carbon steel pipe to API 5L GR.B / ASTM A106 GR.B., and in low temperature
carbon steel to ASTM A333 GR.6. We also offer stainless steel pipe in all grades.

We supply conduit pipe in Imperial and metric sizes in HDG, stainless steel and aluminium. Conduit fittings such as bends, boxes and Condulets are also available.
We can supply a wide range of wiring material, including terminals, core markers and cable markers, lugs, clamps, cleats, heat shrink sleeves and cable ties. We also have weatherproof and explosion proof cable glands in stainless steel, brass and nickel plating.
We also offer a wide selection of intrinsically safe installation accessories. Explosion protected and with high levels of ingress protection, these products are designed for hazardous area use where there is potential for explosive gas or dust. We have products carrying European (ATEX), International (IEC Ex) and Russian (GOST R) certifications.
Installation accessories include brass, stainless steel or mild steel intrinsically safe (Ex d and Ex e) adaptors and reducers.
We also have stopping plugs that are Ex e, Ex d and dual certified. These are manufactured in a variety of materials including brass, mild or stainless steel, aluminium and glass filled nylon.
