CNC Milling

Our extensive range of CNC Milling machinery is able to handle a variety of jobs both large and small. Our list of state of the art equipment consists of:

• DMC 1035 V Echo – used for larger components, this is a technically advanced 3 axis machine.
• DMU40 eVo with Automation – a completely flexible modern 5 axis machining centre which can be used to produce top quality prototypes or can offer total lights out manufacturing.
• DMG DMU50 eVo Linear – offers the benefits of high speed 5 axis machining with the bonus of being equipped with linear motor drives.
• Doosan VMC430 Ace – for the ultimate in high production, this pair of machines offers 3 axis twin pallet machining of a high specification.
• Matchmaker VMC820 – for jobs that require added support and rigidity, this 5 axis machining centre has 4th axis flexibility.
• Matchmaker VMC1100 – this is a high powered, durable machine from leading company Matchmaker. It is often used for applications relating to aerospace, medical equipment, telecommunications, oil and gas, as well as in milling, drilling, tapping and mould making that require a machine capable of high precision.
• Yang Vertical Machining - another great piece of equipments that is suitable for long jobs which require more support and rigidity.

CNC Turning

To complement our extensive selection of milling equipment, BTL Precision also offer a complete CNC turning service using some of the best equipment on the market which includes:

• Mazak SQT 250 MS – used for part that need to be turned, drilled, milled of back turned, this is a single operation production machine.
• Mazak Nexus 250M -  this machine is capable of carrying out high speed, turning, drilling and of milling of parts without the need for human intervention.
• Hyundai HiT 15 CC – another turning centre with driven tools, the same as the Mazak Nexus 250M, this machine is again able to produce turned, milled and drilled parts unaided.

Standard Milling and Turning

At BTL Precision we are also able to offer more traditional forms of milling and turning. Our highly trained and experienced craftsmen will use a centre lathe to guarantee that a perfectly concentric piece of work is produced. They also use other standard tools such as a turret mill that is ideal for smaller milling applications as well as horizontal mills that allows for milling to be undertaken at various angles.

Gear Machinery

BTL Precision is able to fulfil all your gear requirements and we are able to manufacture gears from metal, plastic and wood. We only use the best machinery from well known names such as Gleason, Mikron and Sykes.
