Electronic Document Storage

Omnidox electronic document storage provides businesses with cost-effective document management solutions. Omnidox Mail Room features scanning, recognition, classification and applied intelligence to the distribution of incoming mail.

Users are able to securely access hard copy mail and other electronic documents from any internet location which means important correspondence can be replied to at any time.

The use of Omnidox Mail Room can improve communication between businesses and their clients leading to reduced business costs.

We also provide customers with the option of completely outsourcing the Mail Room through to empowering in-house scanning.

Return to Sender Mail

Returned mail from Royal Mail can lead to companies spending large amounts of time updating mailing lists and processing the mail.

As a solution to this problem, we work in partnership with Royal Mail to use modern barcode technology. Users can scan through the window of the envelope and retrieve relevant data that can then be exported and reconciled with client database to avoid the need to resend.

This process protects the contents of the envelope which does not need to be opened. Two types of barcode technology is used including the ‘3’ of ‘9’ barcode or the versatile 2D barcode.

At Box-it, we receive mail directly from the sorting office and process it within an agreed Service Level.

HR Document Management & Accounts Payable Process

Our HR document management and accounts payable processes are in place to automate and streamline processes in order to enhance efficiency and reduce business costs.

The system can be integrated easily with existing HR database systems and members of staff are given secure, limited access to view their own files and to access templates such as Annual Leave or Sickness.
