We have a dedicated team providing maintenance and repair of a wide range of waste water management systems. This includes commissioning, repair, refurbishment and servicing of existing sites and machinery. 
 
By servicing regularly, Binder aims to avoid potential mechanical breakdowns in machinery. Our services are designed to be extremely cost effective. We can offer this as a one off service, or it’s possible to have a contract with Binder for regular, approved servicing in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. This is available for single or multiple products.
 
If required, our professionally-trained Engineers can provide repairs on site, as we stock a vast range of parts and spares. Engineers often carry vital parts with them, but we have a full selection at our Headquarters available for quick dispatch. We provide repairs as soon as we possibly can, and always stick to manufacturers’ quality parts when possible. Our Engineers are trained to British Water and ECA Standards, so can also provide advice on maintaining machinery for the most efficient use.
 
If your system is having problems, Binder can offer a repair, modification, refurbish or re-design of your system, as well as provide testing and a full report. We also provide full testing and checking for new systems that have been installed, for your peace of mind. Waste Water Removal

Binder’s rapid, reliable and environmentally responsible liquid waste management is suitable for all clients, from domestic to commercial. We proudly offer a complete liquid recycling service, from initial collection to final disposal, so you can rest assured that Binder’s professional team will take full responsibility for the correct handling and disposal at all times. 

We have a fleet of tankers and vehicles, ranging from 2000 to 4000 gallon vacuum tanks, each with suction and delivery tubes, ideal for emptying septic tanks, sewage treatment plants, garage workshop pits, cesspools and more, for domestic or industrial clients. Our tankers are fully inspected and adhere to industry standards, and we are delighted to offer safe collection and waste disposal.

Installation

Binder are proud to install systems for corporate offices, through to car parks and small domestic homes. We are sure to have a solution that will benefit you, and we always offer a fully bespoke service to suit your needs and budget. Binder will also advise and offer support with all relevant paperwork required for local authorities and the Environment Agency, for a smooth installation. 
Our customer-focused end to end service applies to the installation of any system, no matter which manufacturer. Our highly experienced team are on hand to offer help and advice. From the initial site survey by one of our team, we produce a full report and design the system based around your requirements, space and timescale. We are happy to provide a no obligation quotation, and if you wish to go ahead, a second pre-installation inspection will be provided to plan the final details. Binder will take care of all the necessary licenses and approvals on your behalf. We will then fully install and commission the new system, with our in-house Electricians carrying out final testing and checking. We always aim to keep the disruption to a minimum, and our respectful team will try to leave the site as we found it.

Waste Water Site

We have our own fully-comprehensive waste site at our home in Claydon in Suffolk (registered number RP35365W). Our activated treatment plant is designed to treat all sewage, oil contaminated water, and liquid waste. 

 
Approved by the Environment Agency, Binder’s facility is able to process and purify liquid waste into usable agricultural fertiliser or irrigation water. Sewage waste from septic tanks, cesspools and treatment plants is checked and screened before being stored for treatment. It passes through our centrifuge, and is lime stabilized before being recycled for bio fertiliser. Of course, Binder’s processes are fully monitored and carried out to a very high standard, before being allowed to be re-used in any way. All our treatments and services are carried out to ISO9001 quality management and Environmental Standard ISO14001, so you can be sure of our commitment to safety for our clients, staff and the environment.

Grease Management

Binder have always been committed to supplying and designing a range of intelligent products to help reduce drainage problems caused by organic waste. Fat and grease is a common problem in commercial kitchens and even domestic homes, but our product range is specially designed to reduce and prevent problems from occurring. 

Binder only supply environmentally friendly and usually biodegradable solutions, as part to our commitment to the environment. We always analyse samples before recommending a specific product or treatment, and the testing is carried out at an independent laboratory. Depending on the results, we will be pleased to advise you on the best course of action. 

 
As well as stocking a range of bypass and retention separators, we have developed Binder Bio – a special blend of non-harmful microbes, nutrients and preservatives, specially formulated to treat grease traps and other blockages caused by oil, fat and grease. The microbes blend to form a bio-film, releasing a continuous supply of enzymes to adhere to the trap and begin to break it down. 

 
Binder Bio is especially good for use in food preparation areas to prevent the blockage and poor operating of drains and sewers. The clever formulation is designed to address the problem without incurring expensive, invasive clearing techniques.
