Our setscrews are manufactured from high tensile grade 8.8 with hexagon head and are fully threaded, zinc plated, galvanised or stainless steel. Galvanising

B.I.G. (Brackets & Bolts) Ltd is a manufacturer and distributor of metalwork and fixings throughout the UK. We also have a hot-dip galvanising process where the materials are immersed in molten zinc until they reach the same temperature as the zinc - a temperature of 450°C. From here the products are gradually removed so that any excess zinc can be allowed to drain off and once fully removed your products can either be air-cooled or quenched; depending on your exact requirements.
