One of our most popular telephone systems is the Siemens HiPath 3000, a rack-mounted device which is configured to support 2 x iSDN2e circuits, 8 digital extensions and 4 analogue extensions (with 2 spare slots for expansions). It also features EVM (Entry-Level Voicemail) with up to 2 hours recording time. As with many of our systems, the HiPath 3000 can be customised with a range of optional extras. Amplicom telephones for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing.

The Amplicom BigTel 200 is one of several Deaf & Hard of Hearing telephones manufactured by Amplicon and supplied by Berkshire Telephone Systems Ltd. This high quality DECT phone offers superb sound clarity with less than 2% distortion at full amplification. Its features include two direct dial memory buttons on the handset, caller ID, a hands-free speakerphone and an extra bright LED screen for a visual alert of incoming calls. The BigTel 200 from Amplicon is capable of increasing the sound on a call by up to 30dB, as well as increasing the sound of the telephone ringer by up to 80dB.

Doro AUB300 telephone with Plantronics DuoPro convertible headset

The Doro AUB2000 is a top quality telephone featuring 10 two-touch memory dials, a redial function, mute button, visual ringer indictor and a PBX “message waiting” indicator. It comes with a Plantronics DuoPro convertible headset that is designed to be worn over-the-head or over-the-ear, and which features a flexible earloop that relieves pressure and easily adjusts to fit any user. The MOH 1200 is an MP3 Music on Hold player that can be connected to any PBX. Incredibly easy to use (just drag and drop MP3 files via a USB connection), it’s perfect for virtually all office environments. In-built memory (32MB) gives you the equivalent of 60 minutes of music or messages, but an SD card slot means you can store as much as you like. Each device is supplied with a 512MB SD card.
