At Bateman Thermotooling Ltd we use state of the art CAD/CAM
technology in order to create outstanding tooling solutions. We use CAD/CAM
technology to design and manufacture sample tooling in resin or model board
through to final machining.
Our highly skilled team can work from as little as a written
brief or sketch to generate 3D concept drawings. These 3D concept drawings can
then be viewed as working drawings, jpegs or via a dedicated viewing programme.
We can also cut from customers’ 3D models by importing them into our software.
We produce a sample tool before producing the finished
vacuum forming tool.
We work closely with customers to create vacuum forming
tools to suit specific machines. We create solutions to suit machine
specifications and also design tools to suit the forming of heavy gauge
materials such as point of sales display stands and shop counter displays.
We also use mould split techniques to produce expanded
polyurethane moulds with hinged or removable lids for use in the automotive or
foam packing industry.
Bateman Thermotooling Ltd also has the capabilities and
facilities to produce heat seal jigs.
