Airgonomics have a custom-build facility, enabling us to create bespoke airfilm movement equipment for almost any project, no matter what size or scale. We manufacture, supply and hire air skates, turntables and many other solutions to assist with moving and handling.  As we have grown in size and expertise, we can also offer other services, including machinery installation, refitting of buildings and bespoke fabrication. We even have a committed contract move service, where we can supply our own experienced personnel to move your machinery.

Air Skates

Air Skates are a fantastically versatile way of transporting equipment, and are one of the most popular pieces of airform equipment. They are used in a similar way to rollerskates but with similar technology to that of a hovercraft: the skates are placed underneath the load that needs to be moved, air is then applied, and the load can be quickly and easily shifted into position with minimum effort. (Typically, only 1kg of effort is required to move a 1,000kg load). 
 
The benefits include: an effective, easy-to-use method, versatility, little physical effort is required, the floor surface is not damaged, and it offers free movement in all horizontal directions.
 
Air Skates come in a wide range of sizes, to best suit the load to be moved. Most of our products are manufactured in-house and specifically tailored to each client, though we do also manufacture standard sizes for immediate use, if required.

Turntables

At Airgonomics, we manufacture a vast range of turntables to assist with the successful movement of almost any equipment. All our turntables are designed and built in the UK, and can be tailor-made to any size required. 
 
We can offer simple merchanical turntables, to rotate light loads of varying sizes, right up to bespoke larger turntables that can move multiple tonnes – either electrically driven or airfilm turntables powered by pneumatic drives. Our turntables can be floor-mounted or recessed into the floor via special pits.
 
In addition to our wide range of existing and bespoke turntables, we specialise in truck and articulated lorry turntables, which are vital for speeding up loading and offloading times for many of our clients. Transporters

Airgonomics manufacture and supply a wide range of transporters, most of which are custom-built for each client and/or project. Transporters are essential for many large load moving problems in a variety of industries, and can easily shift over 100 tonnes.
 
Our high-quality transporters can also include a variety of optional extras, tailored to your specific requirements. We are able to provide secondary lifters, umbilical controls, pneumatic drives, and any other additional extras to assist in the moving process.

As Airgonomics has continued to build upon our relationships with customers and suppliers, we are able to offer additional services. As well as manufacturing bespoke equipment and hiring services, we can also carry out maintenance and service checks, provide a team to move your equipment, and offer installation and fabrication.
