Roller Shutters

Whether you need a manual or power operated shutter, standard or fire-rated, we can provide them in almost any size or finish. Our roller shutters comprise of a curtain of interlocking slats, which are flexible along the entire length. This allows the shutter to roll up around a revolving spring loaded barrel which is mounted onto support brackets. Side channels or guides prevent the curtain from making irregular movements, and a bottom rail fitted to the shutter reinforces the curtain and enables you to fit handles or locking devices.

The entire unit is bolted or welded to the structure and the rolling mechanism is hidden behind a canopy hood.

PVC Strip Curtains

PVC strip curtains are the most cost-effective solution for reducing draughts, maintaining steady temperatures and reducing noise. They are also effective in restricting the movement of airborne pollutants. Easily repairable, PVC strip curtains offer excellent visibility and accessibility for vehicles and employees. We have a huge stock of PVC curtains, all of which are extruded with rounded edges and are produced from self-extinguishing flexible material. We also offer a Super Cold PVC Strip which is perfect for refrigeration purposes in applications as low as -45 degrees.

Sectional Overhead Doors

Our sectional overhead doors are comprised of 610 x 40mm door panels formed from two 0.5mm galvanized steel facing sheets, bonded with a dense, fire retardant, CFC-free foam core. Panels may be painted on one or both sides with any RAL or BS colour. All tracks, support angles, hinges and roller brackets are made from heavy duty pre-galvanized steel. Overhead doors up to 12 meters can be push-up operated - any manually operated doors over this size come supplied with hoists, gears and hand chains. Electronically operated doors integrate a 3-phase operator with button control, while a low-level emergency chain is also included.

Industrial Steel Doors

Door leaves are double skinned and employ interlocking seams which are reinforced vertically with interlocking channels and horizontally with tubes. This prevents the door from twisting. Door leaves are usually manufactured from Zintec steel, but aluminium and stainless steel options are available. Unless you need door leaves filled with dense Rockwool, they are usually filled with a standard honeycomb material which is as robust and rigid as Rockwool, but might lighter. Standard thickness is 45mm, but we will manufacture thicker or thinner door leaves if requested.
