Roll & Retention Cages

All of our roll and retention cages are manufactured onsite using mild steel bar frames and mesh side panels. They can be made to suit standard pallet sizes or manufactured according to customer specifications. Roll cages and retention cages from Weldrite have a super-strong reinforced design with a bright zinc or painted finish. They can also be steam cleaned or jet-washed for hygienic applications. Customers may specify the number of sides and shelves they require, and also whether the cage is to be fitted with locking mechanisms. Parcel Cages & Metal Stillages

Weldrite’s parcel cages (often referred to as ‘transit cages’) are available in various models with configurable features such as shelves, folding gates, name plates and card holders. Automotive Pallets

Weldrite’s automotive pallets are designed and manufactured to meet the exacting standards demanded by the automotive industry. They combine heavy-duty frameworks with custom-designed inserts for the safe and reliable transit of delicate components in tough environments. Clients can choose from a variety of insert types, ranging from textile inserts for transporting components that are easily scratched to custom-moulded inserts that keep specific components locked safely in position. 

For applications such as robotic welding (where paint contamination is often problematic), we offer electro-plated pallets. This mitigates the risk of contamination damage to production machinery and also improves the lifespan of the pallet’s surface finish. 

Parcel Trolleys & Sack Trucks

Weldrite’s parcel trolleys are made with a heavy-duty, robust steel frame and a solid wooden base. Designed for easy loading and unloading, they can be manufactured with three sides and an open front or with four sides including a hinged gate. 

Our sack trucks are designed for smaller loads. These offer a sturdy, versatile solution for the haulage and freight industry. Large diameter pneumatic wheels enable the user to transport parcels across uneven terrain with minimal effort, while the all-steel construction and solid steel toe gives a maximum lifting capacity of 250kg.

Security Screens & Fencing

Another area in which Weldrite specialises is the manufacture of security fencing and screening products – for both the domestic and commercial markets. Our mesh security fencing is made with steel wire which is available in a variety of strengths and thicknesses to meet clients’ security requirements. Customers can also choose the type of finish they require.

As well as commercial mesh fencing, we also provide ornate ironwork for domestic applications which typically require a balance of security and aesthetics. Ironwork can be supplied in a range of colours and finishes to suit your requirements. 

Bespoke Welding & Fabrication

As well as custom designed roll cages, stillages and pallets, Weldrite’s experienced team of welders can produce bespoke railing and handrails, balustrades, gates, staircases and interior metalwork such as fire guards, hooks and racks, heavy duty curtain poles and much more.
