Cub – Personal PID Gas Monitor

Providing fast, accurate detection of Volatile Organic and Total Aromatic Compounds (VOCs and TACs), Cub is designed to keep workers safe within gas sensitive environments. This innovative personal PID system benefits from parts-per-billion (ppb) sensitivity, giving early warming of hazardous gas exposure. The Cub’s PID sensor technology has been proven to provide the fastest, most accurate operation - even in humid environments. FirstCheck+

GasClam® - Continuous Ground Gas Monitor

GasClam is the very first ground gas monitor to allow continuous unmanned data collection. It is capable of monitoring CH4, O2, CO2, CO, H2S and VOCs continuously for up to three months, and is therefore ideal for landfill gas monitoring and other such applications. Sampling frequency can be set and is variable from every two minutes to every 24hrs. Collected data can be downloaded to a PC or viewed remotely using a GPRS telemetry system (optional). The GasClam is manufactured from stainless steel, is intrinsically safe and is IP68 rated for ingress protection.

Mercury Detector Accurately Detects Vapours in just 3 seconds!

The Mercury Vapour Indicator (MVI) is a groundbreaking device capable of detecting the presence of mercury within just 3 seconds. Dual beam UV absorption technology means that the MVI does not saturate and does not need regenerating between readings – this eliminates the instrument’s downtime, giving a rapid response and accurate, reliable readings. The MVI can provide continuous readings in two detection ranges: 0.1-200 and 1.0-1999 micrograms/cubic meter. SF6 GasCheck P1 – Award Winning, Fast, Sensitive SF6 Leak Detector

SF6 GasCheck P1 is an award-winning SF6 leak detector capable of detecting leaks to 1x10-8ml/sec (0.1ppm, 0.001 gm/yr). It utilises negative ion capture (NIC) technology to ensure fast, accurate detection in high voltage electrical SF6 switchgear (and can also detect other gases with a high affinity for electrons). SF6 AreaCheck P2 – Fixed SF6 Leak Detection

The AreaCheck P2 has been designed to provide continuous SF6 area monitoring. It utilises relay output for immediate awareness of detected leaks, and presents no cross sensitivity with other gas or moisture in the air. A small air intake requirement means it does not suffer from the same filter problems as many pump operated systems, and the maintenance-free design of the measuring stations means instrument downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. The AreaCheck P2 also features an integrated low-flow alarm and a self-diagnostic testing facility. It can be used either as a stand-alone unit or in conjunction with up to eleven other devices within the P2 network.

Hydrosteel 6000

Hydrosteel® 6000 is a fast, reliable hydrogen flux monitor designed for monitoring sour HF, high temperature corrosion and diffusible hydrogen damage in steel. It is completely non-intrusive, intrinsically safe, and requires very little test surface preparation. Hydrosteel® 7000 – for Fixed, Continuous Corrosion Monitoring

Hydrosteel 7000 is a non-intrusive continuous monitoring device for the detection and measurement of hydrogen flux. It is ideal for petrochemical, gas production and petrochemical refining applications where fixed corrosion monitoring is critical (sour gas wells, storage facilities, treatment plants, amine and alkylation units, distillation columns, outlets and heat exchangers, for example). Hydrogen flux measurement relates directly to active sour and HF corrosion which takes place under 100°C, as well as acid corrosion at higher temperatures.
