Fruit Boxes

We are pleased to offer a fantastic range of fruit boxes. All fruit is supplied fresh from Hull’s fruit market on the day of delivery. Each fruit box contains a range of fresh fruit including: apples, bananas, pears, clementines, plums, grapes and seasonal fruit. We offer a Box of 50, Box of 30 or Box of 20. Bottled Coolers

Our high quality, portable water coolers provide users with fresh, natural drinking water and are available in large 18.5 litre or 13 litre recyclable bottles. Units can be placed in any location within reach of an electrical socket and do not require plumbing. We offer a range of stylish freestanding or tabletop models that deliver ambient and cold or hot and cold water. Our bottled water coolers can be installed and fully operational within just a few minutes. They are widely used in areas such as small offices, reception areas, showrooms and in temporary accommodation.

Plumbed-in Coolers

We also supply plumbed-in water coolers that are ideal for use in areas where larger quantities of water are required. The beauty of plumbed-in coolers is that they are connected to the mains water supply and therefore do not require the lifting and changing associated with heavy water bottles. Our plumbed-in range of coolers cool and filter the tap water to improve its taste, smell and appearance. They feature a 0.5 micron filtration system to help remove chlorine, lead and other types of heavy metals, sediment and cysts. Our range includes Under Sink Chillers, The Countrywise Elite Range and The Countrywise Budget Range.

Making the Right Choice

It really depends on the type of environment the water cooler is to be placed in as to which type of water cooler would be most effective. Our plumbed-in water coolers are ideally suited to areas and companies that require large amounts of water. Our highly experienced plumbers require access to a mains water supply and a 13 amp power socket in order to install a plumbed-in water cooler. Other options include Under Sink Chillers (fitted in kitchen areas – the chiller unit is hidden under the cupboard near a sink and the swan neck tap sits on the work surface over a sink area), The Countrywise Elite Range and The Countrywise Budget Range.

Water for Kids

The national ‘Water is Cool in School Campaign’ has been launched to improve the quality of water provision and access for children in UK primary and secondary schools. It has been proven that good hydration in learning environments helps to reduce tiredness, irritability and the disorientation that thirst and dehydration can cause. Recent initiatives have shown that where water was readily available to children in a school environment there was a significant improvement in concentration levels. Another pilot project also proved that where children had access to cooled water, the quantity of water drank increased.

Water at Work

Approximately 80% of water we take into our bodies comes from drinks, with 20% contained in food. As many older people have poor appetites it may be harder for them to drink enough water. Water is extremely important, especially as we get older, to play a key part in many health issues that are suffered by the elderly. Carers can help support older people to drink water by making sure that fluids are readily available and easy to get to during the day and night.
