Manufacturing Facilities

Coolmetal are committed to investing in the most up to date machinery and equipment available. We boast a full manufacturing plant featuring computer numerically controlled (CNC) turret punching as well as press braking, guillotining and laser work. We have complete Mig, Tig and ARC welding capabilities and a range of ancillary facilities including lathe work, milling and slotting. We can either manufacture products to your issue approved drawings or our in house design team can work with you to create specific designs using our CAD system. We can offer our manufacturing skills on a bespoke or repeat order basis and we look forward to working with new customers as well as our long term clients.

Installation Service

We offer our clients the option of a site installation service on our projects, which can be both cost and time saving. Our professional engineers are licenced operators of powered access plant and also CSCS approved, and can carry out installations under health and safety guidelines. We also have the skills and capabilities to carry out a range of finishing processes for aesthetic and practical purposes including powder coating and galvanising as well as chroming.
