CED Ltd specialises exclusively in the supply of natural stone and has done for over 30 years. During this time, we have worked on developing and extending our range of available stone products and keep an extensive stock in our five nationwide depots - all of which have a display area to showcase the quality of our products. Furthermore, we’re not limited to our stock; we can arrange for the manufacture of almost anything - with the only condition being that it’s natural! Paving

CED stocks a vast range of paving options which include riven, sawn, textured, plank, tactile, circles and steps - each of these available in a wide range of dimensions and colours. Careful consideration of the type of stone used will make sure that one laid, the paving will last and look good for many years.

Cobbles & Pebbles

At CED we have a great and varied range of cobbles and pebbles in stock - currently 27 types on our website! In the rare case that there’s something you’re looking for that we don’t have, no problem, we can most likely source it for you. Cobbles and pebbles can be a great source of effects and visuals, whatever your project; they’re ideally suited for visuals like water features and great for borders and generally adding textures to different areas. Aggregates

The most commonly stocked aggregates at our depots are the ones on our website - where you can choose from over 40 different types. Additionally, we also have many more sizes and materials available. If you’re looking to buy more materials to add to your existing ones but can’t tell which one you need - just send us a sample and we’ll match it up for you! When we deliver we can either do this from our depot or directly from the quarry we’ve sourced the materials from - whichever is most efficient. We can deliver bulk tipping loads, in bulk bags or poly bags; whichever you prefer.

Gravel Stabilisation - Cedagravel®

If you want the gravel look but prefer something more solid we have a solution that gives you exactly that - Cedagravel®. This excellent, low maintenance SUDS compliant surface sacrifices no strength or durability, even with heavier commercial, utility and emergency vehicles driving over it. Even better is that it’s an environmentally friendly product as it’s made from 100% recyclable polypropylene. Key features include being low maintenance, quick and easy to install, allows drainage, it’s wheelchair and pushchair friendly, the geotextile underside inhibits any weed growth, it’s ideal for driveways, it can be used on any incline not exceeding 1:10 and more! Tier®

What is this system called Tier®? It’s a method of panelling your home so that it creates a natural stone finish. Take a look at our website and download the Tier® brochure. This distinctive system eliminates the need for any specialist labour. The panels fit seamlessly together, interlocking perfectly as you add more. It’s a really quick and easy system to use and suitable for a wide range of applications including small projects, homes and large developments. The great thing is that it’s all real stone too and therefore each aspect of it is unique; possessing its own colours and characteristics.

SuperCEDEC®

The development of SuperCEDEC® came about because of a need for CEDEC® being used in areas of high usage but when adjoining hard paving - where it’s not ideal because it packs tightly rather than sets. SuperCEDEC® has the same appearance but is much firmer than CEDEC®, without losing any of that permeability. This material is also quite hardwearing and can handle the occasional use by vehicular traffic - providing the specific laying instructions have been followed. Feature Stone

We have many feature stones available here at CED Ltd., from giant standing stones and boulders through to a range of rockery stones. Our standing stones will bring a peaceful sense of mystery to your project and are a great focal point in any garden. The boulders are sourced from across the UK and Europe and are varied in all sizes - from a mere few kilos up to many tonnes! We have four varieties on our website; take a look! Last but not least, our 14 varieties of rockery stones can also add another dimension to your project.

Stone Walling & Copings

CED takes pride in stocking a range of materials for beautiful stone walls including quartz paddlestones, knapped flints and tumbled sandstone as well as beige sandstone copings. Take a look at our website to see some pictures of these different types of walling. Each different type is suitable for a range of applications and the end result is really rewarding. The beige sandstone copings have been carefully calibrated to a consistent thickness of 5cm. This provides for a quick and easy installation.  They are also naturally riven on the top surface and work perfectly with the sandstone walling.
