Dry Sump Systems

Our assortment of dry sump systems comprises of leading names including Duratec, Vauxhall, and Cordis.
 
Both the Duratec dry sump system and the Vauxhall XE system come as a kit which includes a Cordis pump, oil, crank pulley, sump pan, mounting bracket, and belt.
 
Like our Vauxhall and Duratec models, the Cordis dry sump pump is also manufactured from billet aluminium. This 3-stage model has been designed to fit many engine applications and is smaller and more lightweight than conventional pumps.

Fly-by-Wire Throttle Body

With its use of shaftless technology our fly-by-wire throttle body is lighter and boasts more efficiency than conventional throttles; this product acquires 7% more airflow. For safety there is a failsafe spring return.  Other features include: Molex MX150-L electrical interface, a standard sensor of 0.5V to 4.5V, dual redundancy, an operational speed of 0.07 seconds for every 60 degrees, and a bore range of 28mm to 75mm.
 
Our fly-by-wire throttle body is manufactured from aluminium housings that have been billet-machined.  The throttle body comes fully assembled so that it can be attached to the engine straight away.  This means installation is a very quick process, only taking 20-30 minutes.
 
This fly-by-wire throttle body is 50mm in diameter.  Customers are able to select the colour they wish it to be anodised to.

'Easy Clean' Dry Sump Oil Tanks

All of our ‘easy clean’ dry sump oil tanks can be dismantled for easy cleaning. They also have an optimal de-aerating effect as the angle of the oil return is positioned facing the tank’s side wall. Furthermore, the tank has been designed so that the possibility of oil surge is eliminated and there is a V band clamp which has been specially created for ‘easy clean’ dry sump tanks.
 
We have four different models available: easy clean oil tank 5”, 6.5”, 8.25”, and 9.50”.

Direct to Head Throttle Bodies Assembly

DCOE Throttle Bodies Assembly

Our DCOE range of throttle body assemblies comprise of several different models: 2cyl DCOE, 4cyl, DCOE, V8 DCOE, and the 6cyl DCOE throttle body assembly kit.
 
All of these are needed for applications that involve either upgrading or for the convert to fuel.

IDA Throttle Bodies

Our selection of IDA throttle bodies is best suited to V application and horizontal engines.
 
We have the 4cyl inline IDA throttle bodies assembly kit, 2cyl inline IDA throttle body assembly, and the V8 inline IDA throttle bodies assembly kit.
 
All of these products have been independently tested to show a 7% increase in airflow and thus, dramatically improving the throttle’s performance at mid-range.
 
Both the V8 model and 4cyl inline have their own designs for their fuel rails, air horns, and linkage.

Universal ITBs

Each of the ITB assembly kits available here at AT Power Throttles possesses significantly more mid-range performance than standard butterfly throttle bodies. This is due to their airflow which stands at 7% more than conventional butterfly throttle bodies.
 
Within this range we have the 4cyl inline ITB assembly kit, 6cyl inline ITB assembly kit, V6 ITB assembly kit, and the V8 ITB assembly kit.
 
As universal models, they can be arranged for as many cylinders as you wish.

Single Bore Throttle Body

We have an extensive choice of single bore throttle bodies available.
 
There is the Formula Student, FF1600, Super 2000 WRC, and Subaru. We also have single bore throttle bodies in a variety of different measurements:  28mm, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm, 64mm, 65mm, 70mm, and 72mm.

Fuel Injector

Our fuel injectors are of the calibrated orifice type and inject petrol fuel.
 
At 40 grams the Bosch EV6 long ‘green giant’ fuel injector available from us, is constructed from a sealed unit and has a standard O-ring fitting at 14mm.  This fuel injector has a minitimer connector with two pins, a DC resistance of 14.5 Ohms, and a flow rate of 440cc per minute.
 
In addition to our Bosch we also have the Pico fuel injector.  Described as an electromagnetic type, this has the same features as the ‘green giant’.

Fuel Rails

Accompanying the Ford Duratec model within our range of fuel rails are three other types from Citroen, Renault, and Ford Sigma.
 
The Ford Sigma / Zetec SE fuel rail is to be used on standard injectors and positions from these brands. The Renault F4R fuel rail and Citroen Saxo / 106 GTi fuel rail are both highly suitable for use with braided fuel lines with their 6JIC fittings.
 
All of these fuel rails are manufactured from stainless steel, are furnace-brazed, and have an internal diameter of 13.6mm.

Reverie Airbox

We have various models of reverie carbon fibre airboxes, each of which is best suited to different applications.
 
This range of reverie air intake chambers are used for several types of engine. These include motorcycle engines, slant 4 cylinder engines, 4 cylinder engines which are mounted longitudinally and these also with horizontal or vertical intakes.

Honda CBR600RR Inlet Trumpet Horn

Amongst our assortment of motor products we have the inlet trumpet horn for the Honda CBR600RR.
 
This Honda Inlet trumpet horn is prided on its ability to deliver an enhanced bhp gain for the middle to the top end.
 
The CBR600RR has a set of four horns, all manufactured from smart billet aluminium which can be anodised to a colour of your choice.  It has been designed to fit motorcycle models from 2003 and onwards.
 
This product is quick and simple to fit to Honda CBR600RRs.

Throttle Position Sensors

Our scope of throttle position sensors feature top brands from this market.
 
We have the hall effect TPS from Penny & Giles which uses a contactless mechanism. This hall effect technology solves a number of issues including resistive track systems and inaccurate TPS readings.
 
There is also the Wabash RPS 971 rotary position sensor and the Pf2c/Pf1c throttle position sensor within our product range.

Formula Student - 28mm Single Bore Throttle Body

Determined from recent flow analysis research, the new Formula Student 28mm single bore throttle body is a greatly improved redesign.
 
Within this innovative design are a number of optimised features. Maximum control is delivered with the new, larger bore size of 28mm and increased airflow from the throttle’s shaftless technology. Additionally, there is a longer list of TPS options, improved restrictor angles, as well as a ram pipe trumpet.
 
Like all of our throttles the 28mm single bore throttle body comes fully assembled and whilst it showcases an optimised design, the price remains the same.

Wabash RPS 971-0002

Where high levels of durability and performance are needed the Wabash RPS 971 rotary position sensor is the perfect model to meet these industrial and automotive demands.
 
Due to its tough and durable qualities, the Wabash RPS 971 has found applications in a variety of industries including medical and agricultural as well as automotive sectors.
 
The 0002 is the cable version of this rotary position sensor.  This is sold with a 3-pin connector, PVC sleeving, and a sealing boot.

PF2c / PF1c

At AT Power Throttles, we have an assortment of high-quality throttle position sensors as part of our vast selection of throttle related products for motorsport.
 
The Pf2c and Pf1c are both throttle position sensors. For anti-clockwise motion you will need the Pf2c and for clockwise motion, the Pf1c.

Motorsport Throttle Cable 3m

As a specialist in the design, manufacture, and supply of throttle bodies, AT Power Throttles also offer a wide range of related accessories. Within this collection of throttle accessories, we have motorsport throttle cables at 3 metres in length.
 
This is a high-performance throttle cable with a specially designed low-friction, stainless steel inner cable coating to encourage more flexible action.
 
Various applications can be easily suited as the cable can be cut down to an appropriate size for each of these.
 
The 3m motorsport throttle cable comes with a ‘nipple’ for the end of the throttle which can be simply screwed on, and also two threaded bulkheads that are adjustable.

Pico Fuel Injector from AT Power

Our Pico electromagnetic petrol fuel injector possesses many of the same qualities as the Bosch EV6 long ‘green giant’ which is also in our product range and a type commonly described as calibrated orifice.
 
Weighing 40g, this Pico fuel injector has a DC resistance of 14.5 Ohms, a standard minitimer connector with two pins, and a 14mm O-ring.

Brake Vacuum Fitting

The 1/8BSP to 8mm hose tail brake vacuum fitting is a plated brass component for direct-to-head throttle bodies. Attached underneath the vacuum system, these tappings can be used for brake servo and with more connected, the brake assist will be maximised.
 
These brake vacuum fittings can also be used for vacuum readings and an idle control valve.

Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

Made from high quality billet aluminium, this fuel pressure regulator has been designed for turbo engines and those that are naturally aspirated as it maintains a constant fuel pressure.
 
Our adjustable fuel pressure regulator comes with a comprehensive list of features.  This 0-10Bar regulator includes a built-in gauge, mounting bracket, allen key, jubilee clips, hose joiner, and 8mm hose tails.

Ford Duratec Fuel Rail

This is a fuel rail which has been specially designed for the Ford Duratec engine.
 
It has been manufactured to fit this engine’s injectors and mounting points, and is to be used with either throttle bodies or the basic inlet system for standard replacements.
 
This furnace-brazed stainless steel Ford Duratec fuel rail has an internal diameter of 13.6mm and has -6JIC fittings.

50mm Single Bore Throttle Body

As a manufacturer and supplier of Throttle bodies, AT Power Throttles have a large selection of different types of throttle bodies including fly-by-wire, direct-to-head, DCOE, and IDA throttle bodies. As part of this assortment we also have single throttle bodies in which we have a number of products.
 
The 50mm single bore model is ideal for many applications.  The product comes already assembled so all you have to do is attach it to the engine. Additionally, it has been calibrated and factory balanced.
 
Most prominently, the 50mm single bore throttle body showcases shaftless technology. This innovation maximises the outflow gain by as much as 7%; more outflow than a standard throttle.
 
Manufactured from billet aluminium, this product has the option of different anodisation colours.

Ford Zetec Throttle Bodies Assembly Direct to Head

The 45mm direct-to-head throttle body from Zetec has several attractive advantages.
 
- Engine response is maximised as the inlet valve is near the blade.
- An extra manifold is not needed.
