Swaging Machines

Allswage has been supplying swaging equipment for more than 25 years, making us well placed to offer advice and guidance in the selection of a suitable machine. Our range covers most swaging requirements up to 12”. The following machines are just some of the products we have available:

• PM18 – a compact unit ideal for on-site hose repairs
• PMH25 – with indicative capacity of 1 ¼”
• PE-32H – capable of swaging hoses from 1/8” to 2” multi-spiral
• PE28 12V – a 12V swaging machine with indicative capacity of 1 ¼”
• PE38 12V – a 12V swaging machine with indicative capacity of 2”
• PES50 – with indicative capacity of 2” (hydraulic) and 4” (industrial)

Hose Cutting Machines

We also have a large range of manual and automatic hose cutting machines to cover most forming requirements. Our largest machine has a cut capability of 3” (multi-spiral).

• ASCS 128 – the smallest machine in the range, capable of cutting 1 ½” multi-spiral and 2” R2T
• ASC14 – capable of cutting four spiral hoses at 1”
• FlexiCut 32 – a powerful mid-range machine with an indicative capacity of 1 ¼”
• TS 76 – a pedal-operated cutting machine with capacity of 3” (multi-spiral)

MARKEN Cutting Machines

Allswage also supplies a range of fully automatic hose cutting machines from Marken, one of the world’s leading manufacturers. The range includes:

• 450 Automatic Cutting Machine – with a 110/240V single phase supply; capable of 2000 cuts per hour
• 475 A/H/WC/S Automatic Cutting Machines – with various voltage options, single or three phase; capable of up to 2000 cuts per hour
• 500/550 Automatic Cutting Machine – with various three phase voltage options; capable of 75 cuts per hour
• 500 XL Automatic Cutting Machine – with a three phase supply; capable of 2000 cuts per hour

Testing Equipment

Our range of test equipment includes (but is not limited to):

• Resato Portable MPS Mini Pumps – for bolt tensioning and pressure testing applications, or for operation of hydraulic cylinders or jacks
• High Pressure Powerpacks – can operate from an integrated reservoir or an external reservoir
• Resato High Pressure High-Flow Pump BMS – with maximum flow of 50 litres per minute and maximum pressure of 52,000psi
• Resator SLU Hose Test Units – with maximum pressures of 52,000psi

Marking & Skiving

A wide range of manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic marking and skiving machines are available, including:

• Hand Skivers
• ASSK 2 – an automatic machine with internal and external capacity of 2”
• TDE 32 – a 2 in 1 cutting and brushing machine with indicative capacity of 1 ¼”
• ASPM 2 – a lightweight, compact marking machine suitable for ferrules up to 2”
• Automatic Labellers – for wire, steel cable, hose and PTFE. PC Controlled

Hose Coiling & Storage

Also available are a number of high quality, easy to use hose coilers:

• AST Coiler – with maximum load capacity of 200kg. A simple, but effective device for smaller volumes.
• ASHC 6 – holds up to 6 coils; measures 2060mm in height
• ASHC 7 – holds up to 7 coils each weighing a maximum of 80kg
• Turntable – with or without wheels
• Hose Dispenser – with maximum load capacity of 1200kg
• Double Coiler – ideal for fire wire, steel cable and hose; fast, clean and organised.
• Auto-Coil System – pedal-operated coiler for hydraulic hose

Other Machinery & Equipment

This category includes:

• Pellet Launcher Kits and Accessories – for the removal of contamination in hose, tube and pipe. Designed to reduce the cost of preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Cutting Blades – smooth, slotted and toothed; compatible with most cutting machines.
• Manual Flaring Kit – a portable tube flaring machine for creating 37 degree flares
• PA42 – with push force of 14 tonnes and indicative capacity of 6 - 42mm. 

Mobile Workshops

Allswage supplies a great range of drawers, workbenches, shelves and racking systems designed specifically for mobile workshops (vans):

• Drawer System – does away with heavy, inconvenient toolboxes. Available in a variety of sizes to suit your requirements.
• Racking – a crash tested system with rolled edges for strength.
• Storage bins – can be inserted into the racking system; ideal for storing tools, spares and other equipment.
• Worktop benches – can be supplied with a swaging head or 12V bench cutter.
• Hose racking – specifically designed for keeping hose clean, tidy and organised.
