TSR specialises in commercial sash window repair and refurbishment of timber, pvcu and aluminium sash windows in the Greater London area and Midlands.
Generally sash windows are manufactured from timber, pvcu and aluminium. Most sash window systems can be economically restored for a fraction of new cost without the inconvenience and aggravation that accompanies renewal.
We provide a timber sash service which includes repair of rotten timber employing proprietary system such as Repaircare Dry Flex system, the replacement of sash cords/chains, the installation of staff bead and parting bead with a proprietary draught proofing system also re glazing to achieve a higher thermal performance to increase the overall “U” value of the window.
Our pvcu service includes the replacement of balances manufactured by all suppliers throughout the UK and North America. We specialise in Tilt & Slide windows which allow a sash window to be opened inwards to allow the external face to be cleaned. We provide new proprietary draught proofing, new furniture and can upgrade security. Existing double glazed units can be upgraded to achieve a higher “U” value.
Our aluminium service is similar to pvcu with the ability to produce obsolete aluminium extrusions and the extrusion of obsolete gaskets at an economical cost.
We can provide insurance backed warranties for a period of five to ten years in most cases.
We are registered with Inland Revenue for Construction Industry Scheme and carry a UTR number.
