Various surface finishes can be achieved via selection on the Waterjet Corp software, and the database uses colours to automatically determine the cut speed in relation to the finish required. Davi equipment:

Integrated Cantilever System

• LT 44 = 1.250mm x 1.250mm

The Extractor

Wightman Stewart Ltd supplies a fantastic device for removing abrasive whilst machines are in operation. The device operates on compressed air therefore no electricity is needed. Once the abrasive has been removed it can then be easily deposited into a skip. There are three units available in the range to meet different machine requirements. Waterjet Machine

We supply abrasive and pure waterjet machines manufactured by the Waterjet Corporation. These machines are manufactured to incredibly high standards and can be custom designed to meet specific customer/ application requirements. As an example, the Waterjet Corporation designed the CLASSICA CLTRX 44 3D 5-AXIS. This machine was designed for a customer who requested a machine with a revolving table and enabled loading on the open side whilst the machine was working on a part in the closed area.
