At Reggiana UK Ltd we are pleased to supply the new series of planetary reduction gears (RRplus). These have been expertly designed and manufactured to meet challenging industry demands and offer: better performance (increased torque from 25,000 up to 56,000 Nm), greater flexibility with a range of customisable configurations and higher compactness and lightness for easier installation. Two new linear sizes and five new angular units enable availability of thirteen sizes all in linear and angular configuration, single or multistage featuring reduction ratios ranging from four to 2,500 as well as various output shafts and input versions.

Planetary Gears

Our Linear Reduction gears feature a wide range of output ratios and torques up to 1.3 million Nm. They can feature output supports with a male shaft or a female shaft with internal grooving and input bevel gear pair. Helical and Bevel-Helical Units

Our standard series of helical and bevel-helical units are designed and manufactured to suit most industrial applications. They are available in single, double, triple and quadruple reduction stages and feature an increased centre to centre distance to allow the motor mount on the same side as the output shaft. All gears have been designed and tested according to ISO 6336 and ISO 10330 standards. Gear casings are mostly made from grey cast-iron up to size 90 for the standard series and up to size 93 for the lifting series. Our larger sizes are made from electronically-welded and quenched steel.

Wheel Gears

Our wheel gears range from 100 to 5000 daNm and are ideal for translation control in tracked vehicles (excavators, drilling machines etc) that require reliable hydraulic disk parking brakes of the negative type. Negative Brakes

Our negative type hydraulic brakes are used in applications that require reliable, emergency brakes for safety purposes. Examples of application types include crane trucks, road vehicles and winches.
