The Renewable Heat Incentive is an environmental programme designed to increase the uptake of renewable heat technologies by providing incentive payments to eligible generators of renewable heat for commercial and industrial sectors over a 20 year period. Future changes to legislation and acceptance on to the "Renewable Heat Incentive" Scheme are due to be introduced to improve air quality controls and the emission limits values.  Ranheat’s ceramic flue gas filter is an engineered air filtration system designed to remove air borne particles from the combustion gasses of our biomass boilers. They are designed and manufactured to each specific biomass boiler size requirement and ensure future compliance to the scheme. Full mechanical and electrical installation is carried out by Ranheat engineers to ensure smooth project management. This is undertaken in strict compliance with all relevant legal requirements, including permitting, planning and building regulations. Ranheat also manufacture a complete range of silos and flue gas cleaning, feeding and stoking equipment which may be fully integrated with our biomass boilers and heaters.

Ranheat Biomass Heaters

Our wide range of automatically fed Warm Air Heaters are available with outputs from 150,000 Btu per hour up to 1m Btu per hour. These have been designed to burn a variety of wood off-cuts, including soft and hardwood chipboard, plywood, MDF and melamine coated boards. Ranheat Biomass Heaters are also able to handle sawdust and wood shavings when fitted with an automatic stoker system. Ranheat Boilers

Our RHA range of boilers have been specifically designed to handle all types of biomass and particularly wood waste in the form of chips and pellets. Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) Scheme

The RHI is a government subsidised environmental programme designed to increase the uptake of renewable heat technologies by offering incentive payments to commercial and industrial organisations that utilise renewable energy sources, including biomass heaters and boilers. All installations commissioned on or after the 155 th July 2009 are eligible for support as of August 2011, providing they meet the final eligibility criteria.

Ceramic Flue Gas Filters

An engineered air filtration system which is designed and manufactured specifically to each biomass boiler size requirement, our ceramic flue gas filters operate by removing any airborne particles from the combustion gases of biomass boilers. More specifically, the filter’s design allows it to collect any dust and particulates onto the surfaces of the ceramic filter elements (of which there are 280), which is then cleaned at set time intervals by way of a controlled blast of compressed air.
