Ranheat Engineering Ltd specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of a comprehensive range of automatic biomass and wood fired boilers and heaters. With over 25 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, we have the expertise and design flexibility to cater for the needs of all companies, no matter how large or small. Biomass and wood fired heaters and boilers provide a cost-effective, energy efficient way of disposing of wood waste. They eradicate costs associated with conventional disposal methods (land fill and skip hire), and at the same time offer significant reductions on heating bills, giving you a return on investment in less than three years. And there has never been a better time to make that investment, given the introduction of the Government’s Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) programme.
The Renewable Heat Incentive is an environmental programme designed to increase the uptake of renewable heat technologies by providing incentive payments to eligible generators of renewable heat for commercial and industrial sectors over a 20 year period. Future changes to legislation and acceptance on to the "Renewable Heat Incentive" Scheme are due to be introduced to improve air quality controls and the emission limits values. Ranheat’s ceramic flue gas filter is an engineered air filtration system designed to remove air borne particles from the combustion gasses of our biomass boilers. They are designed and manufactured to each specific biomass boiler size requirement and ensure future compliance to the scheme. Full mechanical and electrical installation is carried out by Ranheat engineers to ensure smooth project management. This is undertaken in strict compliance with all relevant legal requirements, including permitting, planning and building regulations. Ranheat also manufacture a complete range of silos and flue gas cleaning, feeding and stoking equipment which may be fully integrated with our biomass boilers and heaters.
If you would like to find out more about how you could save money and improve your 'green' credentials with our wood biomass boiler and heater systems, just head to www.ranheat.com, or simply give the Ranheat team a call on 01604 750005.
Our wide range of automatically fed Warm Air Heaters are available with outputs from 150,000 Btu per hour up to 1m Btu per hour. These have been designed to burn a variety of wood off-cuts, including soft and hardwood chipboard, plywood, MDF and melamine coated boards. Ranheat Biomass Heaters are also able to handle sawdust and wood shavings when fitted with an automatic stoker system. To find out more about how our energy efficient heating systems work, please visit the Ranheat Engineering website.
Our RHA range of boilers have been specifically designed to handle all types of biomass and particularly wood waste in the form of chips and pellets. These are available with outputs ranging from 500,000 Btu per hour to 3.3m Btu per hour. By using a biomass boiler you could potentially save thousands in waste disposal and energy costs. Find out more about the benefits of a biomass boiler system by visiting the Ranheat Engineering website.
The RHI is a government subsidised environmental programme designed to increase the uptake of renewable heat technologies by offering incentive payments to commercial and industrial organisations that utilise renewable energy sources, including biomass heaters and boilers. All installations commissioned on or after the 155 th July 2009 are eligible for support as of August 2011, providing they meet the final eligibility criteria.
Ranheat offers a comprehensive service that includes design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of all our biomass heaters and boilers. Full mechanical and electrical installation is carried out by our own team of engineering experts to ensure smooth operation and legal compliance. Over 25 years of experience in the renewable energies sector means that we are well qualified to answer any questions you may have, so do not hesitate to get in touch if you’re thinking of reducing your costs and carbon footprint with a biomass boiler or heater.
Our units are designed and manufactured to burn a wide range of wood types including soft and hardwoods chipboard, MDF, plywood and melamine boards and more, turning them into a fuel. This environmentally friendly method of wood disposal leads to lower energy consumption and lower costs in many cases making it an excellent business choice. Please visit our website to view a selection of case studies to find out more about our capabilities. For further enquiries, please contact our friendly team at Ranheat who will be happy to help.
An engineered air filtration system which is designed and manufactured specifically to each biomass boiler size requirement, our ceramic flue gas filters operate by removing any airborne particles from the combustion gases of biomass boilers. More specifically, the filter’s design allows it to collect any dust and particulates onto the surfaces of the ceramic filter elements (of which there are 280), which is then cleaned at set time intervals by way of a controlled blast of compressed air. For further information and images of our ceramic gas flue filters please visit our website. If you have any questions we can be contacted by phone or email.
