SM1 Series

The SM1 series features an eight-point square slide guide with limited gib clearance. It is manufactured from high quality materials in order to be tough and robust for heavy loading, drawing and blanking. Models in the SM1 series are suitable for small type progressive die or single processing more than 2mm thickness of materials, in blanking, piercing bending, or forming components with heavy load.

SM2 Series

The SM2 Series features a high precision and robust structural design, low forming speed, unique dynamic balance system and very small total clearance Models in the SM2 series are suitable for small type with large progressive die production for blanking, piercing, bending, and forming with transfer unit.

SNS1 Series

The SNS1 series is suitable for light, thin materials, single, progressive die application in blanking, piercing, bending, forming, and interlink with ROT line or transfer unit. Models in the SNS1 series feature straight side frames that have been expertly designed to eliminate almost all angular deflection and provide increased precision for progressive die applications. Models also feature SEYI’s patented high-torque wet clutch and brake systems which ensures low noise, long-life operation and low maintenance requirements. The SNS1 series is easy to use with a multi-function control system designed for easy integration of auxiliary equipment and automation.

SAG Series

The SAG series is designed to suit heavy tonnage die tooling and offers multiple precision stages in blanking, piercing, bending, and forming for single or progressive application. Models feature a hydraulic overload protection system, extra-long eight points guide plate, air counter balancer device and automatic re-circulating lubrication with distributing monitor device.

SN1 Series

The SN1 series is designed to suit light, thin material for single and progressive die application in blanking, piercing, bending, forming, and interlink with ROT line or transfer unit. Models in the SN1 range feature high torque, low-noise wet clutch and brake, a rigid frame with reduced deflection, high accuracy transmission gears and high rigidity crank to ensure longevity and accuracy, a forced lubrication system featuring default monitor for reliability and a user-friendly multi-function electric control system.

SN2 Series

The SN2 series is designed to suit light, thin material for single and progressive die application in blanking, piercing, bending, forming, and interlink with ROT line or transfer unit. Models in the SN2 range feature high torque with low-noise wet clutch and brake, a rigid frame with reduced deflection, high accuracy transmission gears and high rigidity crank for longevity and accuracy and a user-friendly multi-function electric control system. The SN2 series is one of our most popular and flexible types of machinery. Standard attachments include: hydraulic overload protector, electrical slide adjusting device, die height indicator, counter balancers of slide, rotary cam limit switch, and more. Optional attachments are also available.

SE2 Series

The SE2 Series is ideal for car body chassis component applications. Models in the range feature a rigid frame design, lower working vibration noise, high torque, wet clutch and brake unit with sintered multi-disc lining and effective drawing and blanking processing. Various general attachments include product counter, batch counter, air outlet, air ejector, electrical light socket, die light device, ladder and more. Optional attachments are also available including: die cushion, die cushion locking device, quick die changing system, knockout device, tonnage indicator, anti vibration mounts, safety die block and more.

SE4 Series

The SE4 series is widely used for car body chassis components. Models in the range feature a rigid frame design, reduced working vibration and noise, high torque, and wet clutch and brake unit with sintered multi-disc lining. General attachments include product counter, batch counter, air counter balancer system, misfeed sockets, air ejector, electrical light socket, large lockable emergency stop button, safety fence and more. Optional attachments include power take-off shaft, die cushion, photoelectric safety device, moving bolster, knockout device, tonnage indicator, pneumatic system application, anti-vibration mounts and more.

SH1 Series

The SH1 series is widely used for large batch production of high precision components. Models in the range feature high rigidity with low total deflection, low punching noise, work efficiently and are easy top operate via a multi-function touch screen monitor. The SH1 features a mechanic grip feeder and lubrication cooling system. Standard attachments include: hydraulic slide locking device, dual safety valve, two misfeed sockets, air ejector, air outlet, preset counter, dual safety electric circuit design, safety guard and more.

SH2 Series

The SH2 series is also used for large batch production of high precision components. Models in the range feature a high-grade casting structure that is secured by a tie rod, preload hydraulic equipment that increase spring constant features and minimise deflection as well as a dynamic balancer for stable and accurate performance. The SH2 also features the SGF0606 mechanic grip feeder and a state-of-the-art lubrication system. Standard attachments include: hydraulic slide locking device, dual safety valve, air ejector, air outlet, preset counter, lamp socket, safety guard and more. Optional attachments include: anti-vibration mounts, safety die block, lubrication cooling system, grip feeder, CAM feeder and more.

SD1 Series
