Our experienced projects team are able to design, supply, commission and maintain turnkey systems, including UPS, Generators, Surge Protection, Switchgear and Isolation Transformers. In order to cut downtime for our clients, we also stock a comprehensive set of spares for all systems, and also offer a range of maintenance contracts. Battery Supply, Maintenance & Disposal

We supply various high quality batteries for critical power standby applications in the case of power failure. Our main supplier of batteries is Yuasa but we also supply C+D Technology/ Dynasty batteries and Hawker. We have many years experience in the industry which enables to provide the most effective batteries for your application. We will design and install bespoke battery installations to suit the source or size of your power protection system. We recommend that batteries are replaced every four years for optimum efficiency and we provide a replacement and disposal service for all batteries following industry regulations and guidelines.

UPS Rental

Our rental periods are offered from one month upwards and are suitable for any size UPS from 250VA to 200kVA+. We also provide a decommissioning service of old units. We deliver to site and also provide effective maintenance services. As part of our UPS rental service we can also carry out pre-delivery site surveys and full installation and testing services. Services, Installation & Commissioning

We offer three main service levels:

Bronze: Next working day response, all travel and labour changeable, all parts chargeable, 24 hour telephone help line, 1 or 2 preventative maintenance visits included depending on the size of the unit

Silver: Six hour response to site, all travel and labour included, all parts chargeable, 24 hour telephone help line, 1 or 2 preventative maintenance visits included depending on the size of the unit.

Gold: Six hour response to site, all travel and labour included, all parts included, 24 hour telephone help line, 1 or 2 preventative maintenance visits included depending on the size of the unit.

Load Bank Testing

We also provide a load bank testing service. This testing is carried out to discover whether all components in the system are working together as they should and will work as intended in the case of supporting a critical load. This is an optional service as part of our commissioning and maintenance procedures but one that proves effective nonetheless. Through our load bank testing we can identify potential weaknesses under controlled conditions. Benefits not only include the commissioning of new power support systems but also on existing systems to improve the integrity of the UPS and the entire electrical infrastructure.

Standby Generator

Standby generators provide long term back up during power failures. A UPS will be protected by battery for a certain amount of time but in the event of prolonged power failure a stand-by power generator is the answer. We provide customers with complete services including supply, installation and commissioning of turnkey UPS/ Standby generator sets. We can also provide full system tests, and optional extras including increased fuel tank capacity, remote alarm, remote dial out, bunded fuel tank and increased noise attenuation. DIALOG ACTIVE-R 500-2000VA DAR Series

The Riello Galatrek Dialog Active-Rack features a 19inch rackmount UPS for the power protection of small to medium sized file servers, keyphone systems and point of sale back off systems. The series features 500VA, 750VA, 1500VA and 2000VA models that use digital line interactive (VI) technology as well as an Automatic Voltage Stabiliser (AVS) to stabilise sags, surges and brownouts and EMI filters to suppress transients, spikes and electrical noise. Extended run times up to and over seven hours can be created by over sizing the UPS or adding battery extension packs with extra chargers where appropriate.

DIALOG PLUS-R 700-3000VA DLPR - S and ER Series

The Riello Galatrek Dialog Plus-R Uninterruptible Power Supply series features the 700VA, 1000VA, 1500VA, 2200VA and 3000VA models. The Dialog Plus S models feature internal batteries while the Dialog Plus ER models are supplied with a large internal charger. Both models can be supplied with battery extension packs. Other features include high level immunity to surges, auto restart on mains return, power factor correction with sinusoidal input to ensure low impact on the mains supply, easy maintenance, battery optimisation, timer for scheduled shut-down, and high reliability with built-in automatic battery test feature. DIALOG DUAL 3300-6000VA floor or 19" DLD Series

The Dialog Dual UPS is available in 3300-6000VA models and uses double conversion on-line technology (VFI) with various operating modes. When the model is in on-line mode the load is powered continuously by the inverter to remove sags, surges and breakouts. If the mains power fails the inverter uses power from the internal battery for complete protection. Other features include digital controls, use of IMS (Insulated Metallic Substrates), status/ measurements and alarms available on the standard backlit display, reliable battery performance, back-feed protection, increased short circuit current on the by-pass, and extendable back-up time using additional extension packs or trays.

MASTER DIALOG 8-200kVA RM & RT Series

The Master Dialog RM (8-20kVA) – RT (10-200kVA) features UPS series on-line technology (VFI) with an isolation transformer on the output of the inverter. The load is powered continuously by the inverter to remove sags, surges and brownouts in on-line mode via EMI filters. The Master Dialog 100 – 200kVA features an additional Eco-Mode to allow the UPS to power loads through the bypass and EMI filters. The Riello Galatrek Master Dialog RM (30-100kVA) and the RT (250-800kVA feature on-line technology (VFI) with an isolation transformer on the output of the inverter. DIALOG DUAL 3300-6000VA Floor or 19" DLD series

The Dialogue Dual UPS is supplied in 3300-6000VA models. They use double conversion on-line technology (VFI) combined with various other operating modes. Advanced communications include: RS232 serial port, network adaptor, rear panel IEC socket for supplying local loads, EPO contact for remote UPS shut-down, and UPS is supplied with multi-platform communication for all operating systems and network environments. Models in this highly reliable series are easy to install as either a floor standing tower or a 19inch rackmount and can be operated in Economy, Smart Active, Emergency or Frequency Conversion modes.

POWER DIALOG PLUS 6-10kVA PWP Series

The Riello Galatrek Power Dialog Plus UPS provides users with highly effective solutions for users that require flexible multiple operating format power systems with advanced communications features. This series is available in single and three phase models and features double conversion on-line technology (VFI) as well as various other operating mode options. The Power Dialog Plus can operate in the following modes: Economy (less line interactive technology to power less critical loads), Smart Active (to power the load from the inverter as an on-line UPS), Standby/Off (for security applications such as emergency lighting, and Frequency Conversion (50Hz or 60Hz).

MULTI DIALOG 10-80kVA MDM, MDM-AF and MDT, MDT-AF Series

The Multi Dialog Uninterruptible Power Supply Series is widely used by computer and telecoms users who require a flexible multiple operating format power system with advanced communications features. Advanced communications include: double RS232 serial port, EPO shut down input contact, remote control panel, advanced multi-platform communication for all operating systems and network environments including Powershield2 supervision and shutdown software with SNMP agent for Windows 95, 98, 2000, 2003, Me, XP, Mac OSx, 9.x, Linux, NT 4.0, and Novell operating systems. PLUG DIALOG UPS 350-550VA PLG Series

The Plug Dialog series features the 350 and 550VA models using Line Interactive technology. Models in this range feature three sockets with mains fail protection, one socket without mains fail protection for powering loads such as laser printers, integrated protection for telephone line/ modem, cold start capability, user replaceable batteries, USB interface, input supply and telephone cable, short-circuit protection, auto restart, and more. This range includes the 400 – 550 – 650VA models using Line Interactive technology and is designed for the power protection of personal computers, point of sale terminals, workstation, small file servers, modems, routers and peripherals. The compact size of the Win Dialogue range enables them to be easily installed in the workplace and the functions are easy to use. Features of this range include mains power supply stabilisation and filtering, integrated protection for telephone line/ modem, cold start capability (UPS can power up without a mains supply present), high reliability with built in battery test feature, two output cables are supplied, GS-TUV marked as well as Microsoft certification.

NET DIALOG 800-2000VA ND Series

The Net Dialog range is designed for the power protection of equipment such as personal computers, point of sale terminals, key phone systems and small to medium sized file servers. It features line interactive technology with AVR and filters for atmospheric disturbance suppression, mains power supply stabilisation and filtering, cold start capability, auto restart at power-up, integrated protection for telephone/ modem lines and high reliability with built-in automatic battery test feature. The Net Dialog range features advanced communication capabilities and is able to support small loads for long runtime periods.

This range is designed for the power protection of small to medium sized file servers, keyphone systems and point of sale back office systems. The load is powered from the mains through an AVS and an internal battery provides power protection from wide fluctuations and blackouts. Dialogue Active is the ideal solution for users of large network who require complete control of their power systems. DIALOG PLUS 700-3000VA DLP - S and ER Series

The Dialog Plus 700 – 3000VA DLP range includes the 700 – 1000 – 1500 – 2000 – 3000VA models designed for the power protection of small to medium sized file servers, PBX systems and point of sale office systems. They feature double conversion on-line technology for continuous operation. This type of uninterruptible power supply can be used to support large loads for long runtimes up to and over seven hours.
