Tank Top Equipment

Here at JSF we supply a fantastic selection of tank top equipment.

The range includes:

• Tank Top Plates: these plates are designed to house components such as level switches or access dip points on the top of a process vessel.
• Multiple Units: we supply VMU and HMU multiple units for mounting safety items on hygienic process vessels. Standard units may feature a range of components such as pressure relief valves, anti-vacuum valve, top pressure connections and more.
• Sprayballs: we also supply the SPB range of sprayballs for spraying cleaning liquids onto the inner surface of tanks. These units are widely used in applications found in the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and biotechnology industries.

Vessel Protection

Examples of the range include:

• Lever Anti-Vacuum Valves: we supply NLV vacuum safety valves that have been designed and created to minimise excessive vacuum in process vessels.
• Combination Valves: the CBV range of combination safety valves has been created to protect against over pressure and vacuum. These units are fully hygienic and easy to clean and maintain.
• Atmospheric Vent Cowls: our atmospheric vent cowls are fully drainable and easy to clean. They can be supplied with a range of terminations to suit specific requirements and can be easily mounted onto pipework or vessels.

Flanges

The range includes:

• BS4504-PN Flanges: BS4504 1989 and 1969 Sec 3.1 metric flanges designed to suit nominal bore, metric and imperial tube.
• DIN11864-2 Aseptic Flanges: these flanges are suitable for use in high purity applications within the process industry. Fully manufacture flange assemblies are available from 25mm through to 154mm (in metric and imperial).

Other flanges in the range include: BS1560 Flanges, BS10 Flanges and Non-Standard Flanges. Gaskets and Fastener Sets are also available.

Sight Glasses

The range includes:

• Circular Sight Glasses: these port hole type sight glasses are designed for visual control of a range of equipment including process vessels, reactors, silos, hoppers and pipelines.  
• Screwed Sight Glasses: these sight glasses feature a piece of glass and two seals. They are supplied as standard with a maximum pressure rating of six bar.

Other items in the range include: Rectangular Sight Glasses, Inline Sight Glasses and Level Gauges. Optional extras including glass discs, panels and tubes.

Hygienic Fittings

Our range of stainless steel hygienic fittings includes:

• Reducers: a large stock of standard concentric and eccentric reducers are available up to 10" O/d maximum. All reducers are manufactured from stainless steel hygienic tube or sheet and conform to BS4825 part 2.
• Tees: we supply a large range of hygienic tees available for next day delivery. The range includes pulled, equal, Y-piece and crosses up to 6" O/d maximum.
• Elbows: we supply standard and non-standard bends up to a maximum of 8" O/d

Other items in the range include Unions, Tri-Clamps, Y-Pieces, Clips, Hangers and Hosetails.

Hygienic Strainers

We supply three main types of hygienic strainers.

• L-Type Strainers: the L-Type FIL strainer filter is a process line accessory designed for use with clear or viscous products from group 2.
• Inline Strainers: the ILS range of inline strainer filters are also designed for use with clear or viscous products from group 2 and are available in sizes up to 150mm. They are manufactured from 304 or 316 stainless steel.
• Y-Type Strainers: the Y-type strainer filter is suitable for use in a range of industries including food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and biotechnology.

Hygienic Tube

We supply hygienic tubes that are manufactured to ASTM A269 part 1 and conform to BS4825 part 1. Our highly skilled and experienced engineers manufacture hygienic tube from longitudinally welded, rolled stainless steel plate. The tubes are brush polished on the outside and descaled on the inside. They are available in a range of sizes from ½ inch to 4 inches.

We also supply metric tube manufactured in accordance with DIN11850 and ISO2851. This tube is available in a range of sizes from 154mm through to 304mm.

Highly polished or electro-polished tubes are also available.

Hygienic Valves

We also manufacture and supply stainless steel hygienic valves in a range of different forms.

The range includes:

• Butterfly Valves: this range features butterfly valves with plain, screwed or flanged ended connections. Valves are available in sizes up to 150mm diameter.
• Non-Return Valves: this range includes spring non-return valves and ball non-return valves. Spring non-return valves are widely used as a process line accessory whereas ball non-return valves are better suited to applications with viscous products.
• Sample Valves: we supply sample valves that have been designed specifically for use with pipelines and vessels in a range of industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and biotechnology.

Other items in the range include: drain valves, air release valves and ball float valves.

Manways

Our range of stainless steel manways includes:

• Oval Manways: our oval manways are manufactured from 304 and 316 stainless steel. They open inwards and outwards and close via the tightening of a screw handle, wing nuts or clamp collars. These units are available in a range of sizes, pressures and surface finishes to suit different customer requirements.
• Round Manways: our round manways are also manufactured from 304 or 316 stainless steel and feature inward and outward opening side mounting options.
• Rectangular Manways: customers may also choose our rectangular manways. All units in the range are supplied alongside our range of proximity sensors, sample valves, sight glasses and custom and exercise locking units.

Ball Valves

The range includes: One Piece Valves, Two Piece Valves, Three Piece Valves and Three Way Valves. These valves are available in a range of sizes and feature a selection of end connections, lever options and body options to suit different customer requirements.

BSP & NPT Pipe Fittings

At JSF, we are pleased to supply one of the most comprehensive ranges of stainless steel BSP and NPT pipe fittings on the market. Our range is manufactured to BS1740 part 1/ BS1387:1985 and is designed to complement our schedule 40 stainless steel pipe.

We stock a wide range of stainless steel fittings including: elbows, sockets, nipples, bushes, back nuts, unions, tees and caps, check valves and strainers.

Nominal bore Pipe

We supply nominal bore stainless steel welded and seamless pipe manufactured to ASTM A312. Our pipe is manufactured from 304L and 316L as standard and is available in a range of sizes from ½ inch through to 10 inches. We hold large amounts of stock at any one time in order to meet customer requirements quickly and efficiently.

Alongside our standard range of nominal bore pipe, we also have the facilities to cut pipe in lengths to suit specific customer requirements.

We also supply pipe in highly polished or electro-polished versions if required.

Nominal bore Fittings

We also supply top quality stainless steel butt weld pipe fittings manufactured as standard to ASTM A403, ASTM A815 and MSS SP43. Our range includes various elbows, studs, bushes, back nuts, unions, crosses, valves, tees and backnuts.
