Anchored Furniture

These products are all based on the original anchored post first developed in the eighties under the Rootfast® brand. It includes 1.2 metre, 1.6 metre and 2 metre anchored sign posts with a galvanised finish (supplied with signs upon request), 24” and 30” lifebuoy stations (with bolt down design or concrete base), and Wheelistat, an anchored wheelie bin with a simple locking mechanism to prevent theft and unauthorised waste disposal. Round Based Bollards

Our range of round based bollards are made with Plaswood, a special material that does not require painting or staining, is graffiti resistant, does not fade or rot, is ideal in or around water, and is an ecological alternative to wood. Round based bollards are installed below ground to a depth between 450mm and 500mm, with a concrete setting that offers strength of approximately 23Kn.  We offer four different designs for you to choose from – please head over to our website for more information.

Square Based Bollards

We also offer a range of square based bollards made of Plaswood. These require installation to a depth of 400mm, with a concrete setting that has a strength of approximately 23Kn. Both square and round based bollards can be supplied with positioning pegs for keying into concrete (bollards must have a pre-drilled hole about 200mm up from the base to accept the pegs). Square based bollards are available in a number of styles, including:

• Amsterdam dome top bollards
• Chamfered square bollards
• Junior octagonal bollards with dome top

Cigarette Bins

Earth Anchors have supplied cigarette bins for streets, holiday parks, shopping areas, hotels, motels, sports arenas, places of interest, prisons and other facilities. We currently offer two kinds of cigarette bin, both made with high-grade stainless steel for improved weather resistance.

• Stainless steel wall mounted rectangular cigarette bin – with removable ash tray for emptying. 
• Stainless steel wall mounted round cigarette bin – with unique touch-free emptying system. 

Both come complete with fixings for mounting to a wall.

We also offer a range of steel-framed outdoor furniture ideal for schools, playgrounds, parks, holiday parks, shopping centres, malls and other areas where a combination of strength and attractiveness are required. The range includes:

Dog Bins

We have been designing and manufacturing dog bins with the Rootfast® earth anchor system for nearly 30 years. In fact, they were amongst the first pieces of street furniture that we produced. Today, our dog bins can also be wall-mounted, railing mounted, lamppost mounted or post mounted, as well as earth anchored with the Rootfast® system. Customers can choose from two colour options (red or green) and a variety of sizes.

Mobility Tables

Mobility tables enable wheelchair, mobility scooter and pushchair users to access the tabletop. We offer three types of mobility table, including:

• Ranger Mobility Tri-Table – made from weather-resistant stainless steel
• Forest Saver Mobility Picnic Table – made with steel and recycled materials
• Plaswood Mobility Surrey Picnic Table – made entirely from recycled materials – requires no painting or staining, is graffiti resistant and does not fade, discolour or rot.

Litter Bins

We supply bins for public areas, streets, holiday parks, hotels, and a wide range of other locations. Our bins can easily be installed with Rootfast Earth Anchor or bolt down fittings, and our range includes:

• Caged all steel bins - popular with local councils and often used in parks
• All steel bins – available in single or dual options with separate dog waste receptacle
• Steel, wood steel, and FS recycled – ideal for country locations and places where bins need to look subtle
• Plastic – a popular choice for shopping centres, malls, and holiday parks
• Event bins – portable and can be stored flat, these bins are easy to empty after an event
• Grit bins – used by councils, schools,and hospitals, these bins are available up to 396 litres, and this model is specially designed to be moved by forklift.
