DMK Leisure Ltd specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke inflatable products such as bouncy castles, play equipment and inflatable games for adults. We also produce inflatable marquees and inflatable advertising arches. All of our products are custom designed and can be printed with your own graphics, logos, slogans, etc. 

As well as supplying inflatable products, we also repair and test them, ensuring they are safe to use and compliant with applicable EU regulations. DMK Leisure’s testing services are designed to ensure your equipment meets the European safety standard BS EN 14960:2006. The company is also a Member of the Register of Play Inspectors International (RPPI), AIMODS and MUTA. 

Our in-house digital screen printing facilities can also be used in the manufacture of PVC and vinyl banners. We offer banners in a wide range materials, weights, finishes, shapes and sizes, and of course can print them with almost any design. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, our PVC/vinyl banners are perfect for exhibitions and events.

Bouncers

The design and manufacture of bouncy castles is one of our core activities. We produce hundreds of high quality bouncy castles every year, all of them made from top grade fire-retardant materials and provided with a 2-year guarantee as standard. As well as being manufactured to the European safety standard BS EN 14960:2006, our bouncy castles carry the British Standard flag of BS5438 – so you can have complete peace of mind. Inflatable Games

At our factory in Bury, Lancashire, we also produce a range of inflatable games for adults, all of which are manufactured to stringent safety standards using top quality, fire-retardant PVC coated nylon. They include ‘gladiator dual’, bouncy boxing, bungee runs, penalty shoot-out and pony hop racing - perfect for corporate events, fundays, etc. Not only are they great fun, they’re also excellent earners. Inflatable Slides

Inflatable slides are in great demand for children’s parties and have proven to be excellent earners at fetes, fun days and promotional events – no wonder so many hire companies are investing in them! At DMK Leisure we manufacture a large range of inflatable slides in many different sizes, colours and designs. The range starts with a combination bouncer and slide (jump and slide) and goes right up to the large Mega Slides you typically find at fairgrounds. All of our slides are manufactured to European safety standards and come with a 2-year warranty as standard.

Repairs

We offer a full on or offsite repair service for damaged bouncy castles and inflatables, so you don’t have to spend the budget buying new ones. Maliciously damaged inflatables can usually be put right with replacement panels, while those that have suffered excessive wear and tear can be fully re-stitched. Whatever the problem, we’re confident of getting your bouncy castle back on the road! Work can be carried out within our workshop or onsite. All repairs are completed in accordance with the European Standard BS EN 14960:2006.

Testing

The Health and Safety at Work Act, as well as the European Standard BS EN 14960:2006, requires that inflatables used for play (such as bouncy castles) must be tested annually by a competent person. The HSE has adopted the PIPA scheme as ‘best practice’ for the industry – this is effectively an ‘MOT’ for inflatables. It covers those that are sold or hired for commercial use and not those sold as toys through retail outlets (these are governed by separate legislation). Soft Play Animals and Areas

DMK Leisure also specialises in the manufacture of soft play equipment made with foam and PVC. We can create soft play areas to meet individual needs and can incorporate a variety games and toys (including ball pits) for a more challenging play environment. We’ll take into account your building layout and provide a fully customised solution. Our soft play padding can be finished in a variety colours and printed with high quality artwork designed by our in-house artists.

Sumo Suits

At our factory in Bury we also produce interactive sumo suits and other novelty ‘fat suits’. These are great fun and even better earners, perfect for hire companies, events and exhibitions. All suits are made from fire-retardant, British-made PVC coated nylon and come with a 2-year return-to-base warranty. Inflatable Arches

Our inflatable arches are ideal for brand promotions at the start and finishing points of races. They offer maximum visibility for your brand, being seen not only by the race participants and crowd but also by TV audiences. Inflatable arches are designed and manufactured to meet your size requirements and can be printed with virtually any design. They are manufactured from high quality 620gram PVC coated nylon, making them incredibly hardwearing and durable. They can be set up in just minutes and will conveniently fit into the back of an average size car. All arches are supplied with an electric blower.
