Company Description
We specialise in all aspects of the Avaya INDeX telephone system, with extensive experience in the installation, support, maintenance and repair of INDex products. We also supply accessories such as curly cords, line cords and cables. 

Our other service include cabling design, layout and installation as well as CCTV and security systems. We can add PSTN, ISDN or broadband lines, and we also offer least cost routing that can result in substantial savings on telephone bills.

We do all testing and repairs in-house, keeping our overheads minimal so we can offer competitive pricing. All our telecommunications products come with a 90-day "no quibble" warranty.

CCTV

Our cost-effective CCTV surveillance solutions are a very successful crime deterrent as well as an aid to prosecution and conviction should a crime occur. Remote monitoring can reduce requirements for manned security operations, resulting in a corresponding reduction in security budget costs.

CCTV is effective in isolation as a stand-alone system, and it also integrates successfully with intruder alarms, access control or other security systems. 

We supply CCTV systems that include zoom, pan and tilt facilities as well as low-light cameras. Real-time verification retains digital evidence for later use and minimises false alarms while enabling an immediate police response.

Handsets

We offer a comprehensive range of handsets for office and call centre applications.

Office handset models range from wall-mountable introductory models without displays but with hands-free speech and headset capability to full-featured handsets with multi-functional LCD displays, network connectivity, ACD functionality and visual voice mail. 

Other available features include:

  • Context-sensitive keys 

Our call centre modules include headset compatibility and call centre functionality such as keys for logging in and out or wrapping up a call. Models with BLF keys as standard are available.
