Seventeen Years ago, two of the current directors were re-structuring a manufacturing business (55 employees), and worked out exactly what was needed to make the contracts/jobs run most efficiently and how to make every stage visible, therefore easier to manage. We called it a' job running system', today it is more commonly known as E.R.P, (Enterprise Resource Planning).
