We believe that to get the job done correctly, you need engineers that are adequately trained and qualified in welding procedures. Almost every industry requires welder qualifications, including petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, waterboard, gas, construction, metal fabrication, vehicle repair, site welding, heating and ventilation, refrigeration, pressure vessels, rail networks, food processing and even insurance! Having properly qualified welders provides you with a greater control over the quality of the process. It improves fabrication standards, increases worker confidence, broadens the scope of work you can take on, enables precision welding to client specification, and importantly, offers your company a professional image and legal compliance. We have considerable experience in welding qualifications, processes, and in the selection of consumables. Our on- and off-site service includes consultation, qualification, guidance, operator assessment, preliminary welding procedure guidance, testing, certification and qualification, and instruction into welding equipment calibration/certification.

Welding & Cutting Machinery

T.H Welding Equipment is proud to offer welding and cutting equipment from some of the world's leading suppliers, including Fronius, Lincoln, ArcGen, SAF, Hobart, Miller, Newarc, Harris and Hypertherm. They produce welder generators and single 110/240 and three phase power sources in MIG, TIG, MMA, submerged arc welding and plasma cutters. Welding Consumables

We offer a comprehensive range of welding and cutting consumables for fabrication both on the shop floor and on-site. We are proud to be partners of SAF, Hobart and Lincoln, and as such we are able to supply their welding consumables at affordable prices. We have products for welding mild steels and low alloy steels, stainless steels, duplex steels, and nickel alloys. We also supply products for maintenance and repair, including cast iron, surfacing and hardfacing. Nen-ferrous welding and brazing products include copper and bronze welding electrodes.

Gas Cutting and Heating

In addition to our wide range of welding and cutting equipment, we also have a stock of gas cutting and heating equipment, from regulators to nozzles. All of our gas cutting and heating products are sourced from first class manufacturers, including Murex and Harris. We also support the demolition industry with special modification to extend torches, suitable for a range of applications.

TIG Welders

We also supply two main types of TIG welders:

200HF Inverter TIG Welder Package: a digitally controlled welder that features an LCD display, post flow gas time, HF, Lift, arc start, slope out time, 2/4 touch switching options and remote control functions.

200 PHF Inverter TIG Welder Package: features complete adjustment of high and low level welding currents together with full adjustment of high and low pulse times. The menu option also allows adjustment of the arc start, current level, up-slope time, final current level and crater current time.

Hire

Alongside the sale of high quality equipment we also have a range of equipment that is available to hire. ARC Welders

We supply two main types of ARC welders: the Inverter Fusion 151MA 110v Arc Inverter Welder and the Inverter Fusion 180MA 230v Arc Inverter Welder. Both of these models feature high duty cycle units designed for continuous welding applications. Enhanced performance is also reached via the MSD automatic arc force. Manual Plasma Cutting Systems

We are also pleased to provide a fantastic range of manual plasma cutting systems. The range includes:

Powermax 30: handheld cut capacity recommended ¼ inch, maximum 3/8 inch and severance ½ inch.

Powermax 45: handheld cut capacity recommended ½ inch, maximum ¾ inch and severance 1 inch.

Powermax 65: features Smart Sense™ technology to adjust the gas pressure and four Duramax™ torch styles for versatility. Handheld cut capacity recommended ¾ inch and maximum 1 – ¼ inch

Powermax 85: features four Duramax™ series torch options with 85 amps of cutting power. The Powermax 85 is the ultimate premier 1 inch air plasma system for handheld of mechanised cutting and gouging.

Drying Ovens

At Tony Hayden Welding Supplies Ltd we are pleased to supply the Rod Quiver (230V or 110V) UK Weldability. The Rod Quiver is widely used for transporting, dispensing and storing stick weld rods in warm and dry conditions ready for welding. The 150 watt heater warms the rods from between 80 degrees C to 100 degrees C and helps to improve welding performance. Other features of the Rod Quiver include a 5kg rod capacity and carrying handle for the quiver to rest on.

We also offer the Stationary Drying Oven for ongoing storage and heating of stick welding rods. This oven can accommodate up to 136kgs of rods.

Chemicals

We also offer an excellent range of top quality chemicals for use with a range of applications. The range includes:

• Anti Spatter Spray: this is a water-based, silicone-free, non-toxic, non-flammable anti-spatter solution used to prolong tip and shroud life as well as to prevent adhesion of weld splatter to the surrounding area.
• Lab Metal Solvent: can be added to both the standard and high temperature lab metal changing it from its original putty state into a paint consistency suitable for brushing.
• Galvax Spray: features 95% zinc to provide a cold-galvanising coating and prevent rust and corrosion caused by welding and atmospheric exposure.
