Sewerin Ltd is the UK sister company of the world renowned Hermann Sewerin GmbH. Sewerin’s primary business is the development, manufacture and distribution of equipment for detecting gas leaks, water leaks, pipe location equipment, cable avoidance tools, locating ferromagnetic objects, (metal detectors) measuring gas concentrations and gas leak volumes, warning of oxygen deficiency, toxic gases and the danger of explosions.
Sewerin have been in business for over 80 years carrying out leak detection surveys and utility repair works for companies around the globe. Sewerin originally manufactured instruments solely for their own operatives to use in the field to find leaks in utility services; many of Sewerins’ clients wished to have the advantages that they realised Sewerin equipment offered available to their own workers and so Sewerin agreed to also supply these instruments to end users.
