The Council is looking to find a suitable supplier to operate the cafe at Great Denham Park.

Two options are available

Under option 1 there is also the opportunity to lease the 1st Floor flat at the cafe.

Option two is for the cafe building only.

The application process to secure the lease for the available space comprises three stages as follows:-

o Submission of applications by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on Monday 15th July 2019

o Assessment of all responses and shortlisting of applications for presentation and interview.

o Presentation and Interview panel meeting with shortlisted Applicants (applicants)

Suppliers may arrange a viewing at the Great Denham pavilion to assist with queries arising from the process by submitting a request via the correspondence function on the In-tend portal. Dates for viewing are Monday 8th July 2019 to Friday 12th July 2019

The Council strongly recommends applicants visit the premises before making their proposal.
