The Council is looking to find a suitable supplier to operate the cafe at Great Denham Park.
Two options are available
Under option 1 there is also the opportunity to lease the 1st Floor flat at the cafe.
Option two is for the cafe building only.
The application process to secure the lease for the available space comprises three stages as follows:-
o Submission of applications by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on Thursday 13th June 2019
o Assessment of all responses and shortlisting of applications for presentation and interview.
o Presentation and Interview panel meeting with shortlisted Applicants (applicants)
The Council will be holding an 'open day' at the Great Denham pavilion on Tuesday 28th May 2019 to assist with queries arising from the process and to give a further opportunity to visit the premises before submitting an application.
The Council strongly recommends applicants visit the premises before making their proposal.
