Newcastle City Council has a requirement for an end to end private sector housing licensing solution to deal with HMO, Selective and Additional licence applications for up to 25,000 properties. The solution must be fit for purpose, efficient, multi-functional and allow for mobile working to undertake on-site inspections of licensed properties.
